Composition teaching has always been an important part of Chinese language teaching.For the rural primary schools in ethnic minority areas,it is very important to improve the primary school students' writing ability in the whole Chinese language teaching.This article takes Xiajiyi Primary School in Dali Town,Dali City,Yunnan Province as an example,to analyze in depth the difficulties in the teaching of Chinese writing in rural primary schools in ethnic minority areas.Through combining theory with practice,starting with students,parents,teachers and even social environment,this paper looks for methods and countermeasures to improve the writing ability of rural primary school students in ethnic minority areas,in order to provide theoretical reference and experience for composition teaching in rural primary schools.The thesis is divided into four parts:The introduction part introduces the reason of the topic,summarizes the relevant literature,explains the research ideas and methods,and explains the significance and value of the topic.The first chapter presents the teaching environment and the present situation of composition teaching in Xiajiyi Primary School.By means of questionnaire and interview,the author investigates the current situation of students' composition learning and teachers' composition teaching.The second chapter analyzes the problems existing in students,teachers,schools,families,society and other aspects related to composition teaching in rural primary schools,and analyzes the causes.The third chapter explores the practical composition teaching strategies in rural primary schools from the perspectives of students' writing interest,teachers' writing ability,school library resources,family and school's attention to students.In the final conclusion,this paper points out that we should further strengthen the attention to the teaching of reading and writing for primary school pupils in ethnicminority areas,provide more educational and teaching resources,and create better conditions for improving the writing ability of rural primary school students.
