Peer interaction is an important part of preschool children’s social development,which is of great significance in the process of growth and development.Poverty alleviation relocation of children is a group of children generated under the policy of poverty alleviation relocation.They follow their parents to move to a new place of residence and enter a new kindergarten needs to adapt to the new environment.Poverty alleviation relocation of children through peer interaction can better integrate into peer groups and adapt to new life.The relocation settlement of poverty alleviation in Shangcheng of Yunjin belongs to the relocation settlement of poverty alleviation in W District of Guiyang.The relocation site for poverty alleviation has no public kindergartens,and the government arranges preschool children in the relocation site of Yunjin Shangcheng to G kindergarten for education.By observing the peer interaction of children in G kindergarten,it is found that the peer interaction of children who are easy to poverty alleviation and relocation is not optimistic.Therefore,this study takes 22 relocation children from Yunjin Shangcheng settlement in G kindergarten as the main research object,using observation method and interview method to analyze the problems and causes of peer interaction of relocation children,trying to put forward the countermeasures of peer interaction of relocation children.This paper mainly includes five parts.The first part is the introduction.Mainly includes the research background,research significance,related concepts,research review,research ideas and methods,the theoretical basis of the study.The second part is the present situation of G kindergarten relocation children peer interaction.One is an overview of G kindergarten and relocation children.The second is to analyze the current situation of peer interaction from the aspects of the situation of peer interaction,the initiator of peer interaction,the object selection of peer interaction,the purpose of peer interaction,the strategy of peer interaction,the way of peer interaction,and the results of peer interaction.The third part is the problems and causes of the peer interaction of the relocation children.According to the observation results and the interviews with teachers and parents,it is found that the peer interaction situation of children moving from poverty alleviation is mainly limited.Relocated children are not popular;relocated children’s choice of communication object is single;the purpose of migrant children’s communication is relatively negative;improper use of communication strategies for relocation children;language-based communication is less;the results of communication are mostly rejected and ignored.Mainly from the relocation of children themselves,preschool teachers,relocation of children’s parents and families,relocation of communities and other aspects of poverty alleviation relocation of children’s peer interaction problems,specifically reflected in: First,the relocation of children individual characteristics.Mainly includes children’s personal appearance and poor health habits;weak language skills;social communication skills are lacking.Second,preschool teachers’ improper educational behavior.Mainly includes teachers too much emphasis on class discipline;teachers’ bad behavior has invisible influence;teachers’ attention and guidance are not enough.Third,the education awareness of parents of migrant children is weak.Mainly includes the neglect child social development value;education of children’ s sense of responsibility is not strong.Fourth,the language environment of relocation children’s families is poor.Fifth,the relocation community pays insufficient attention.The fourth part is to promote easy poverty alleviation relocation of children peer interaction strategy.Based on the existing problems and reasons,this paper mainly discusses the strategies to promote the better communication with peers of migrant children from the aspects of teachers,migrant parents,home cooperation,and relocation communities.First,teachers take measures to help migrant children from poverty alleviation to integrate into peer groups.Specifically: teachers create more communication scenarios;establish a harmonious relationship atmosphere;reasonable arrangements for relocation of children’s seats;give relocation children more attention and guidance.Second,the relocation of parents to pay attention to enhance communication skills.Specific performance:change ideas focus on children’s social development;actively cooperate with teachers to attach importance to migrant children education;strengthen parent-child communication to improve the language expression ability of migrant children.Third,the home actively cooperate to enhance the effect of education.The concrete manifestation is: the twoway communication forms the consistent education influence;through the parents open day field observation caused relocation parents attention;migrant parents participate in the work of the family committee to assume educational responsibility;use parents resources to exchange experience.Fourth,the relocation of community support,strengthen the sense of belonging.The fifth part is the conclusion.Mainly on the overall review of this study,while reflecting on the inadequacies of the study.
