In recent years,the state has been advocating the vigorous development of vocational education in order to provide more high-quality skilled talents for the development of China’s economy.Secondary vocational education is the basic of vocational education and the starting point of modern vocational education,and its teaching quality affects the quality of basic skill personnel training.In the new era,what kind of teaching concepts and teaching methods are used to promote the development of students’ critical thinking ability,communication ability and innovation ability,cultivate the application-oriented talents needed to promote social progress and development,and improve the quality of vocational education teaching is a problem that vocational education teachers should explore.This study uses the questionnaire method to investigate and analyze the teaching status of the "E-commerce Customer Service" course in the target school of the study,takes cognitivism,constructivism and humanism as the theoretical basis around teaching thinking,teaching experience and teaching expression,takes the "E-commerce Customer Service" course as the research object,carries out the teaching design of the course,carries out the corresponding teaching practice,and adopts the experimental method to "read customer psychology","give customers the perfect presales experience" and "give customers the perfect after-sales experience" The three lessons respectively focus on training thinking,problem discussion as the focus,and expression and exchange as the breakthrough teaching practice,explore the "three teaching" to lead the "e-commerce customer service" course,promote students’ "long knowledge,understand the truth",and cultivate students’ core literacy teaching path.Through the learning experience of students and interviews with peer teachers after teaching practice,the results show that the concept of "three teaching" can promote students’ independent learning and improve students’ core literacy in the process of teaching: 1)stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate students’ awareness of problems;2)Enhance students’ enthusiasm for learning and cultivate students’ innovation ability;3)Improve students’ confidence in learning and cultivate students’ social skills.This study promotes the practical application of the concept of "three teaching" in secondary vocational colleges,enriches the teaching reform cases of "e-commerce customer service" course in secondary vocational and technical colleges,and provides a teaching path for the "e-commerce customer service" course in secondary vocational and technical colleges,which adapts to the teaching requirements of the new era.
