| This article uses H School as a research sample school,and conducts a survey of moral education teachers,marketing students,professional course teachers,and school enterprise cooperative enterprises in H School through questionnaires and interviews,in order to identify problems in curriculum ideological and political teaching and propose optimization countermeasures for teaching reform.This paper analyzes 210 student questionnaire data,9 teacher questionnaire data,2 professional course teacher interview records,2 moral education teacher interview records,and 2enterprise personnel interview records,and summarizes the current difficulties in teaching from the perspective of "teacher student" dual subjects.From the perspective of teachers,there is a lack of awareness of the integration of "teaching" and "education";The way of ideological and political integration in the curriculum is rigid;The lack of ideological and political elements in teaching design.From the perspective of students,endogenous motivation is insufficient;Lack of subject status.In response to the current dilemma,this article proposes the following optimization measures: First,clarify the concept of ideological and political education in the curriculum,and clarify the objectives of ideological and political education;Secondly,explore the ideological and political elements of the curriculum and integrate professional ideological and political content;Third,flexible classroom teaching methods and strengthening the dominant position of students.In order to solve the above problems and improve the educational effectiveness of the core course "Customer Relationship Management" for marketing majors in secondary vocational schools,through expert consultation and data inquiry,the author explored the educational factors of the course "Customer Relationship Management",incorporated ideological and political content appropriate to the course,enriched teaching methods,and improved evaluation methods.After analysis,seven ideological and political elements of the course have been extracted: feelings of family and country,social responsibility,values,professional literacy,service philosophy,innovative development,and speculative awareness,and have been refined into 16 ideological and political goals.At the same time,various teaching methods such as heuristic and inductive teaching,task driven teaching,group cooperative teaching,and case teaching are integrated to improve classroom effectiveness.In addition,teachers and students should adopt multiple evaluation and diversified evaluation methods to strive for teaching evaluation to comprehensively reflect the teaching effect and play the role of evaluating and nurturing teaching.Finally,a comparative experiment was conducted to test the teaching effect of integrating ideological and political education into "Customer Relationship Management" from the perspective of students’ academic performance and ideological and moral changes,providing reference for subsequent teaching.After four months of teaching practice,the study found that integrating the ideological and political aspects of the curriculum into the teaching of "Customer Relationship Management" has a significant promoting effect on students’ performance improvement,and students’ ideological and moral qualities have also been improved.However,it is necessary to continuously optimize the teaching design,improve the promotion role of curriculum teaching in students’ innovative development thinking,speculative awareness,and sense of social responsibility,and further play the educational value of the "Customer Relationship Management" curriculum. |
