| As an important part of competitive sports,alpine skiing plays an important role in promoting snow and ice sports and the construction of sports in China.The promotion of alpine skiing not only helps to enhance the atmosphere of alpine skiing and inspire more potential enthusiasts to participate in alpine skiing,but also contributes to the construction of snow and ice sports in China.Alpine skiing is a professional and practical sport,and students and enthusiasts need to be taught to understand the technical aspects of the sport.However,how to effectively promote the teaching of alpine skiing has become a pressing issue.Virtual simulation is a new product of the age of intelligence,and through immersion virtual simulation technology can enhance the intuitive experience of alpine skiing and improve the efficiency of the teaching of the sport.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of virtual simulation technology in alpine skiing teaching,in order to innovate the teaching methods and means of alpine skiing,promote the quality of alpine skiing teaching,and provide reference and reference for the construction of physical education.This study uses literature method,observation method,interview method,experimental research method and mathematical and statistical method to study the introduction of virtual simulation teaching method and test the application effect of virtual simulation technology in alpine skiing teaching,through the experimental group and control group respectively,the students’ basic alpine skiing technique,straight skiing and descending technique,slope skiing and descending technique,ploughing and turning technique and parallel turning technique were compared and analysed before and after the experiment.The results of the study found that:(1)The virtual simulation technology can promote students’ learning and mastery of basic techniques.(2)Compared with traditional training,virtual simulation technology can improve students’ performance in the technical movements of the alpine skiing.(3)Virtual simulation technology can effectively facilitate the practice of alpine skiing students’ slope descent technical manoeuvres and improve athletic performance.(4)Virtual simulation technology can effectively improve the technical movement practice of alpine skiing students’ plough turns.(5)Virtual simulation technology promotes students to better master J-turn technique,C-turn technique and double board parallel turn technique. |
