Transformation And Development Path Of Urban Sports Service Complex In Jilin Province ——An Exploratory Research Based On Multi-case Study And Grounded Theory

Urban sports service complex is of great significance to activate the new driving force of urban consumption and promote the development of urban sports.To meet the influence of the COVID-19 on the sports industry in Jilin province and promote the replenishment of sports consumption and the release of potential,this study takes respect of Jilin’s actual economic level and its own natural endowment,uses the transformation and development path of urban sports service complex in Jilin Province as the basic research object,and takes four typical cases of Huaxi live · Wukesong,National Swimming Center,Chongli Thaiwoo Ski Resort and North District of the High-end Industrial Comprehensive Service Area of New Shougang as samples.Then,this study uses the multi-case study method based on grounded theory to explore the transformation and development path of urban sports service complex in Jilin Province and constructs a theoretical model of the transformation and development path of urban sports service complex in Jilin Province,It also focuses on the constituent elements of the theoretical model and the internal mechanism between them,and identifies the transformation and development path of urban sports service complex in Jilin Province.It is found that:（1）Function improvement,factor utilization,business integration,collaborative participation of multiple subjects,service optimization,and business innovation are the key factors affecting the transformation and development of urban sports service complex in Jilin Province.（2）Function improvement is the path guidance for the transformation and development of the urban sports service complex in Jilin Province.Factor utilization is the driving force,business integration is the key condition,collaborative participation of multiple subjects is the internal characteristic,service optimization is the core content,and business innovation is the driving force.（3）The transformation and development path of urban sports service complex in Jilin province needs to take function improvement as the starting point,factor utilization as the foothold,business integration as the connection point,collaborative participation of multiple subjects as the breakthrough point,service optimization as the foothold and business innovation as the breakthrough point.By exploring the transformation and development path of urban sports service complex in Jilin Province,this study reveals the internal mechanism among the above six key factors and puts forward the following suggestions according to the above conclusions:（1）reasonable planning and design to promote the sustainable development of urban sports service complex.（2）Adhere to business innovation and create a new business situation of urban sports service complex.（3）Promote the collaborative participation of multiple subjects and promote the transformation and development of the urban sports service complex.（4）Accelerate the integration of business forms and improve the agglomeration effect of urban sports service complex.（5）Improve the service level and enhance the core competitiveness of the urban sports service complex.
