| As an important carrier for the efficient combination of multifunctional,multi-format,and cost-effective intensive development of sports,cultural tourism,leisure and entertainment,and commerce,sports service complexes have gradually become the preferred place and gathering place for people’s sports consumption,continuously injecting new development momentum into promoting the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry and supply-side structural reform.The development research based on the empirical investigation of sports service complexes in Sichuan Province is not only a need for the efficient development of local sports service complexes,but also a need to improve the development efficiency of domestic sports service complexes.Based on the theory of industry convergence and leading industry diffusion,this study uses research methods such as literature,field visits,questionnaire surveys,and case studies to first investigate and analyze the development status of sports service complexes in Sichuan Province,and then focuses on the Chengdu Luke Island sports service complex.By issuing consumer satisfaction questionnaires and field visits to the sports service complex,Deeply analyze the current situation and existing problems of the development of Chengdu Luke Island Sports Service Complex,and draw on the development experience of Guangzhou Aoshen Sports Park,Kunming Evergrande International Health City,Japan Round1,etc.to propose the development path of Sichuan Sports Service Complex.The research conclusions are as follows:Firstly,through research,it is found that in recent years,the social,economic and cultural development of Sichuan Province has laid a good foundation for the development of sports service complexes,and the overall development of the complexes has shown an upward trend.However,in the process of development,there are significant regional development differences,gaps in the implementation of evaluation standards,inadequate operational management systems and mechanisms,and low development benefits that need to be further addressed.Secondly,taking Chengdu Luke Island Sports Service Complex as a typical case,through research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and field investigation,a systematic analysis was conducted on it,and the main problems were found:(1)The infrastructure supporting facilities were not sound enough;(2)The level of market promotion and operation management needs to be improved;(3)The level of operation and management needs to be improved;(4)Insufficient depth of integration of related industries;(5)Issues such as relatively fierce competition in similar formats.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of the development of Chengdu Luke Island Sports Service Complex,it is proposed to improve the development strategies of the complex,such as improving the infrastructure and supporting facilities,strengthening market promotion,improving the level of operation and management,promoting the integrated development of industries,and improving core competitiveness.Fourth,based on theoretical guidance,through the analysis of the current development situation of sports service complexes in Sichuan Province and the case study of Chengdu Luke Island Sports Service Complex,and taking advantage of other mountains,this paper proposes suggestions for the development path of sports service complexes in Sichuan Province:(1)Strengthen policy drive and deepen the reform of government administration and service;(2)Reasonable planning and promoting regional layout according to local conditions;(3)Strengthen infrastructure construction and improve service efficiency;(4)Strengthen industrial integration and bring agglomeration effect into play;(5)Focus on innovative design and create core growth poles;(6)Strengthen publicity efforts and broaden the depth and breadth of publicity for sports service complexes;(7)Strengthen the introduction and training of compound talents to improve the operation level;(8)Build a high-quality service standard system and improve service levels. |
