In recent years,the problem of population aging has intensified,which has brought great challenges to my country’s economic construction,social and cultural construction and development.It is precisely because people have the body of the will to power that is the foundation of existence(the will to power refers to the will to pursue strong power),so strong muscles are the source of happiness,vitality,calmness and purity for human beings(regardless of age).Although the athletic ability of the elderly decreases with age,the nature of pursuing a strong body and a strong will will never change.Therefore,paying attention to the needs of the elderly’s physical power and will is an important basis for actively responding to the aging of the population.Only advocating the elderly Only by establishing the habit of "lifelong sports" can people further meet the needs of people’s will to power.The essence of lifelong sports is lifelong physical exercise and physical education,which means that lifelong sports is also a branch of lifelong learning.However,with the increasing number of elderly people,the existing elderly universities and social sports instructors cannot radiate the entire elderly population.Therefore,exploring new life-long learning methods is an inevitable requirement for helping the elderly practice life-long sports.Although the elderly in Baoding City have a strong atmosphere for physical exercise(the area has carried out an early active aging reform pilot,which has a high representativeness)and generally accepts the concept that physical exercise can strengthen the body and prevent diseases,it is always affected by the lack of sports knowledge.,Weak ability to obtain sports information(Internet),blind exercise and other problems are constrained and face challenges.Intergenerational learning(people of different generations gain knowledge,skills,and value in the process of interaction,and anyone can learn between different generations)is the latest educational concept that can help the elderly better Practicing lifelong sports,it has certain research value to explore the plight and countermeasures of intergenerational learning for the elderly from the perspective of lifelong sports.Based on extensive literature review,this study conducted a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the intergenerational differences in physical exercise and intergenerational learning status of different generations of people in Baoding City through interviews,questionnaires and other methods,and summarized Baoding from the perspective of lifelong sports.Difficulties faced by the elderly in intergenerational learning in the city: the intergenerational differences are obvious but the social awareness of intergenerational learning is low;the elderly are not very motivated to learn in sports;the world’s awe of the elders leads young people to face the elders Cannot let go;lack of online resources for intergenerational learning;insufficient development of offline resources for intergenerational learning;unable to guarantee the accuracy of the transfer of sports knowledge and skills;lack of standardized management in the intergenerational learning process.In response to the above dilemma,the following measures are proposed:train full-time intergenerational learning propaganda personnel to increase publicity to increase social awareness;explore corresponding points of interest for different elderly people to stimulate intergenerational learning enthusiasm in sports for the elderly;build an equal learning relationship and create "trust",Open and respectful" intergenerational learning environment;build an Internet + intergenerational learning information platform,develop sports mobile phone software for the elderly;rational use of public areas,provide a sufficient amount of offline space for intergenerational learning;establish a sound evaluation generation The evaluation mechanism for the effectiveness of intergenerational learning uses the PDCA cycle model to manage the quality of intergenerational learning;establish and improve relevant policies for intergenerational learning.
