| Through multi-ball training for multi-ball training,verify the effects of multi-ball training law on the connection capacity of step method.This study used the literature method,field observation,expert interview,experimental method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics.After interviewing five experts,32 8、9-year-old badminton students were included as experimental objects,and experimental objects were divided into experimental groups and control groups,each group of 16.The experimental group adopts a multi-ball training method,the control group adopts a routine training method,2 times a week,2 hours a time,a total of 3 months.The subject’s step-by-step connection capacity is from the physical quality(long jump,a minute skipping rope and 15 meters round),and the badminton step method(low center of gravity)and badminton technology(Zeng Yibin 13 district decoration method)3 levels to study,the data is used to test the independent sample T test and paired T test.Experiment result shows:1.After 3 months of multi-ball training,the experimental object was very significant before the physical quality,badminton step method and badminton technology were more excited after experiment(P <0.05),indicating the physical quality of the experimental object,badminton steps and badminton technology have a positive impact.2.After three months,the experimental object after the experiment was improved in physical quality,badminton step and badminton technology(P <0.05),indicating the physical quality,badminton footwork and badminton technology of the experimental subject.It has a positive impact.3.After 3 months,the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in physical fitness,badminton,and badminton technology(P <0.05),indicating multi-ball training law,compared with routine training,in physical quality,badminton step the method and badminton technology have more positive impact.This study concluded: 1.The results of the experimental results of the multi-ball training method on the influence of the pace of badminton students at the 8、9-year-old badminton students show that the routine training method and the multi-ball training method can increase the infantry connection capabilities of 8 、 9-year-old badminton students.In comparison,the multi-ball training method has improved the ability to connect the pace method,adding a theoretical basis for the actual application of the multi-ball training method in badminton training.2.The conventional training method and multi-ball training method can improve the speed and quality of the 8、9-year-old badminton trainees.At the same time,the routine training and multi-ball training methods have improved their pace and technologies for 8 、 9-year-old badminton students,and more and more the ball training team is better than the conventional training group.3.The multi-ball training method is more than conventional training methods,which not only improves the ability to connect the steps,but also helps to improve the success rate of hitting and the comprehensive use of hitting technology.The multi-ball training method has increased the diversity of badminton training methods,which laid the foundation for the improvement of the overall badminton.This research suggestion: 1.It is recommended to let the students have a certain concept before training,and the students understand the feathers of the feathers,facilitate the students to find the right hitting point,and the accuracy of the hit can be improved.2.The multi-ball step method is connected to the training to perform a group of two people,one student is a sparring person,and the other is a trainer.The sparring person must fully consider the actual badminton level of the trainer and reasonably arrange the arc,frequency and falling point of the ball supply.It is convenient for trainers to pick up the ball,while improving the trainer’s footwork connection ability while increasing the ability of the sparring person to judge the landing point and the real-time observation and judgment of the trainer.3.Expand the scope of research objects,increase the research impact of the multi-ball training law of each age section on the connection capacity of the step method,and improve the wide range of use of multi-ball training.At the same time,multi-ball training methods can extend to other sports projects,expand the scope of application of multi-ball training law,and promote the development of sports. |
