| For the growth of our country’s economy has made a great contribution,the sports industry helps to adjust the national industrial structure,promote the reform of sports system and mechanism,and optimize the economic structure.On the other hand,the sports industry itself contains huge industrial energy and broad market prospects.Sports consumer goods and sports services produced by sports industry for the people meet the people’s sports health needs,and effectively pushed people’s livelihood and improving the employment rate,Economically,it is conducive to the transformation and development of economy and society.As the bearer of the development of sports industry,cities enjoy a high position in promoting the high-quality development of sports industry.It provides a solid foundation for the vigorous development of sports industry.According to a guideline on promoting the growth of sports and Fitness and related consumption issued by The State Council in2019..According to the opinions,a number of national sports consumption pilot cities were approved and established,and the development of urban sports industry was determined from the perspective of national policies,Understanding the level of urban competitiveness will help the government formulate relevant and accurate policies for the development of sports industry and improve the competitiveness of urban sports industry.In view of this background,taking the city as the analysis unit,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of sports industry competitiveness of sports consumption pilot cities,analyzes the development and competitiveness level of sports industry in sports consumption pilot cities,fully excavates the characteristics and advantages of sports consumption pilot cities in developing sports industry,and provides corresponding suggestions for the development of sports consumption cities.The research of this paper is based on systematic analysis of relevant literature and summary data analysis of relevant competitiveness indicators ofurban sports industry.Under the condition of sorting out the literature,the evaluation indicators of the competitiveness of urban sports industry are preliminarily selected,and then two rounds of revision and improvement are carried out through Delphi method.Combining the advantages of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method,the weight of related indexes in the evaluation system is determined comprehensively.Finally,the evaluation system composed of three-level indicators of the competitiveness of urban sports industry is determined,and a scientific and easy to operate evaluation method is established.Using scientific statistical methods and selecting relevant data,this paper takes the relevant data of 36 sports consumption pilot cities as samples and uses the method of data analysis to conduct scientific research on the competitiveness level of the sports industry,and obtains the ranking of sports industry competitiveness index of each city.According to the empirical results,the 36 pilot cities of sports consumption are defined as three industrial competitiveness levels: strong,medium and weak.Among them,Suzhou,Shenzhen,Xiamen,Xi’an,Changzhou,Qingdao,Chengdu,Nanjing,Fuzhou,Dalian,Changchun,Ningbo,Huangshan,Urumqi,Lanzhou,Yinchuan,Changsha and Yichang are in the queue with strong competitiveness of sports industry among the pilot cities of sports consumption,Zhangjiakou,Qinhuangdao,Rizhao,Nanchang Jinhua,Shaoxing,Jingmen,Sanya,Weinan,Hefei,Jilin,Shenyang and Baiyin are in the middle queue of sports industry competitiveness,while Zunyi,Xinyu,Luoyang,Xianyang and Sanming are in the weak queue of sports industry competitiveness.Select the representative sample cities of each echelon,combined with the actual situation of the development of sports industry in each city,analyze their competitiveness level one by one,and find out the problems and reasons.Finally,to reveal the inadequacies of industrial development and make constructive suggestions for the further development of the industry sports industry in sports consumption pilot cities. |
