Group Work Intervenes In Parent-Child Conflict Among Adolescents From Divorced Families Problem Research ——A Case Study Of H Community In Shenyang

In recent years,China’s divorce rate has been increasing,especially from 2017 to2022.When couples choose to divorce because they are not satisfied with the quality of their marriage,teenagers tend to suffer the most.Many studies suggest that both at home and abroad,in the process of the youth,especially during puberty,when the child realized that I wasn’t a complete family,in the transition stage in life,they will appear different degree of behavioral responses,and unable to quickly adapt to,thus forming a series of conflicts,especially parent-child conflicts,thus they may be anxious,irritable personality,There may be some obstacles in interpersonal communication,and serious cases may induce criminal behavior.This study uses a group work approach to analyze egoism and the individual from the perspective of social service interventions,mainly through on-the-spot investigation method,interview method to collect director family basic data,using the questionnaire investigation of divorced family adolescent adolescence parent-child conflict root,establishing reasonable group activities.Through the literature analysis method to do a detailed analysis,Thus determine the research direction and basic structure of this paper.The program aims to help children develop a proper sense of self and strengthen their personal resilience,family and social levels.Set up correct self-consciousness,correct bad behavior;Optimize parenting methods for divorced families.Timely guide children’s education and the establishment of values,correct the problems of bad parenting in divorced families,strengthen mental health education,strengthen the construction of teachers.The resolution of parent-child conflict in divorced families is a systematic activity,which requires more support from multiple parties and the establishment of multi-dimensional mutual aid network system.At the same time,it can make use of the local community to create a good atmosphere for youth communication,and hold relevant youth communication activities.When necessary,it can become a mutual aid network to help teenagers from divorced families build a good interpersonal communication system.This paper tries to refine the scope of the research object,from "teenagers" to "teenagers from divorced families",so as to narrow the scope of the research object and make the research more targeted.It innovates in the research perspective and applies professional social work methods to the service work of adolescent conflict in divorced families;In addition,the solution in this paper is multi-level,Starting from the causes,the group activities are divided into the youth individual level group,the family level group and the school education level group,so as to solve the client problem from a multi-dimensional perspective.However,the restriction of activity duration design,there are many deficiencies under study.In the following explorations,added representative research objects are needed to carry out more in-depth intervention research.
