Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has paid special attention to the issue of aging in my country and has demanded that special attention be paid to the development of the elderly question.Liaoning Province is one of the most rapidly aging provinces in China.At the moment,Liaoning Province’s supply of elderly services is struggling to keep up with the growing demand for elderly education.Developing the cause of senior education and increasing the supply level of senior education is an effective way to deal with population aging,improve the quality of life of the elderly,and achieve lifelong education.This paper examines the supply of elderly education in Liaoning Province using the theory of active aging,and the lifelong education theory,as well as questionnaire data and literature materials,and SPSS software and the Logistic binary regression model.Investigate the current state of service supply.When the content of questionnaires and interviews is combined,it is discovered that the supply of senior education in Liaoning Province has issues such as imperfect educational institutions and facilities,insufficient teachers,unsound teachers,unreasonable senior education curriculum,single supply subject,outdated model,and unsound management system.The primary causes of these issues are insufficient participation of social forces,a lack of professional talents,course content homogeneity,and a lack of top-level design.Based on this analysis,a strategy for addressing the issue of elderly education supply is proposed.First,we must innovate the organizational structure and attract multiple subjects to participate in the development of elderly education;Second,we must strengthen the construction of teachers and strive to improve teachers’ strength;Third,we must build a differentiated curriculum system and optimize the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of the elderly group;Finally,we must integrate resources and innovate the supply method.Relevant study can not only assist in the development of elderly education in Liaoning Province,but also boost elderly education development.
