The aging of the population is an extremely serious challenge in the process of China's development,and it is a realistic problem that governments need to pay attention to and to solve.According to the latest(2010)census results,the number of elderly people over 60 years of age accounted for more than 13%,compared with 2000 growth of nearly 3%,of which more than 65 years old population of nearly 9%,an increase of about 2%compared to 2000.According to the forecast analysis,in 2020,the number of population more than 60 years nearly 250 million,aging level was 17.17%;in 2025,China's total population of more than 60 years will increase to 300 million,when China entered the super old country queue;by the middle of twenty-first Century,the number of elderly population reached a peak of more than 400 million,every three people will have an elderly person.Since 1949,our country was founded,our country has become more and more concerned about the problems of the elderly,and they are concerned about their living conditions,health and so on.After the reform and opening up,the importance of the elderly population is referred to an unprecedented height.In view of the increasing population of the elderly,the concept of "six old" is put forward,to encourage the elderly to work,to learn and so on.China has also put forward the strategy of "active aging" to encourage the elderly to participate actively in the society.The key way to improve the social participation of the elderly is to develop the education for the aged.The current development of China's education of the elderly is in innovation and perfection period,the elderly education resources supply in terms of quantity and quality are far less than the aged education demand,there is a serious imbalance between supply and demand and do not match.With the aging of the aged education deeply,the demand for elderly education in China will increase with acceleration,while the elderly education supply still exist a series of problems to be solved,it should be aroused the attention from all walks of life.From the perspective of active aging,based on the integration of a large number of literature data and questionnaire results,analyze the current education of Chinese elderly demand,potential demand and particularity,and then expound the current situation of the elderly education supply in our country and the particularity,and then analyze the problems and reasons of the current supply and demand.Then,after referring to the experience of the elderly education abroad,the paper analy,zes the current situation and characteristics,and puts forward some pertinent and feasible measures according to the actual situation of our country.In order to arouse the attention of governments and social related departments,and to make appropriate contributions to solve the problem of aging effectively.
