Objective:Juvenile plantar pressure characteristics is the hot spot of the current research, but research by telemetry testing juvenile plantar equilibrium stability is less, especially for the weight less light youth research. This research through the insole plantar pressure head, superiority side wireless telemetry different weight adolescents in one foot standing, walking, jogging, natural action when the foot balance parameters, explore its foot balance stability characteristics, and provide the basis for a comprehensive study of adolescent growth and development law. Methods:According to the screening of gender and height, weight, 90 middle school students aged 12-14 were divided into 6 groups, respectively is the normal weight group(male, female), weight group(male, female), overweight(male, female), each group of 15 people. The screening of good subjects to test site, confirm the dominant foot insoles, test selection dominant foot corresponding shoe size, the eight pressure sensors are respectively pasted in the corresponding region, the connected Bluetooth transmission device well tied to the subjects superiority side leg, through the Aibo consultative plantar pressure test of independent research and development analysis of the system, the numerical stability of foot balance telemetry recording each student in one foot standing, walking, jogging is natural. The experimental data packet is analyzed by using SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:(1) comparison of different gender: male female motion state, one leg with eyes closed in, overweight boys eye closed and single foot standing time of less than the normal group; overweight girls eye closed and single foot standing time of less than the normal weight group of girls were significantly different(P < 0.05). During natural walking weight group were significantly higher than that of the big toe force normal weight boys; forefoot medial balance was higher than that in normal weight group of boys; there was significant difference(P < 0.05), the front foot balance index and normal weight group contrast have highly significant difference(P < 0.01). Heel rotation index of overweight boys was significantly lower than that of normal weight group of boys had significant difference(P < 0.05), overweight boys walking in the natural foot pressure and lateral pressure is less than the inner side and, with significant difference compared with the normal weight group(P < 0.05) boys. When jogging, weight group were highly significant difference in jogging second pressure point stress is obviously larger than the normal weight group(P < 0.01), overweight boys on the front foot balance index lower than the normal weight group with significant difference(P < 0.01); anterior medial foot balance significantly higher than normal weight group were significantly different(P < 0.05).(2) to compare boys of different weight motion state; the normal weight group boys eyes closed, one leg standing time than overweight, there was significant difference(P < 0.05) boys underweight group forefoot medial balance during natural walking more than the normal group; stress numerical high to the normal group of boys big toe pedaling, weight the overweight group sufficient balance values greater than the normal weight group; heel rotation significantly less than the normal weight group of boys, there were significant differences(P < 0.05). Overweight boys forefoot balance value is significantly less than the normal weight group of boys, there were significant difference(P < 0.01). When jogging, overweight boys forefoot balance numerical significantly less than the normal weight group of boys, weight group were the big toe push off the ground stress values are significantly greater than normal weight group of boys, and had high significant difference(P < 0.01); overweight boys before numerical inner foot side balance is greater than the normal weight group the boys; foot balance is significantly less than the normal weight group numerical boys, and there is a significant difference(P < 0.05).(3) the girls of different weight motion state comparison of normal weight group girls eyes closed, one leg standing time than overweight girls, there was significant difference(P < 0.05)Conclusion:(1) weight group were closed single foot standing time is greater than the same group of girls, boys in the same group weight light groups of girls balance;(2) the normal weight, the ultra reorganization girl eye closed and single leg standing time were greater than the same group of boys;(3) overweight girls foot varus situation is significantly greater than the same group of boys.(4) in the natural walking and jogging along with the velocity of movement change, weight group were the first and the two metatarsal stress increases, larger than the normal weight group of boys.(5) overweight girls in different movement state of balance in difference in the ultra reorganization boys, should be timely prevention of sports injury caused by insufficient balance ability.
