Research On The Influence Of Image Training Method On The Teaching Effect Of Basketball For High School Students

In order to explore the influence of appearance training method on high school students’ basketball skills,competition ability,and basketball participation motivation and participation degree,this study adopts literature method to summarize the research status of appearance training,basketball participation motivation and behavior,and proposes research questions and hypotheses;The survey method was used to understand the sports imagery ability,basketball motivation and participation level of high school students,and the imagery training method was used to conduct an intervention experiment in a random natural class to further verify the effect of imagery training on high school students’ basketball skills,participation motivation and behavior.The results show that the motivation,degree and image ability of high school students’ basketball participation are at the medium level;There are gender differences in basketball participation motivation,participation degree and sports image ability;There are grade differences in basketball participation motivation and degree.The experimental results showed that the improvement of basic basketball skills in the image training group was greater than that in the control group(P < 0.05);The tactical level of the imagery training group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05);The motivation and participation level of the subjects in the image training group were higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),and the image training significantly improved the image ability of the subjects(P < 0.05).The conclusions of this study:(1)the investigation found that the motivation,degree of participation and sports image ability of senior high school students in basketball are at the medium level,and show the differences of gender and grade.(2)Compared with the traditional training method,the image training method has obvious advantages in improving students’ one handed shoulder shooting,comprehensive round-trip dribbling and two handed chest forward passing and receiving skills.(3)Image training method promotes students’ sports image ability,improves the level of basketball skills,and improves the effect of basketball teaching,which is better than the traditional teaching method.(4)Imagery training method can enhance interest,promote basketball participation motivation,participation degree and teaching effect.
