A Practical Research On Social Work Improving The Digital Feedback Ability Of Elderly Families Under The "Linkage Of Three Organization" By Taking The M Community In Shenyang As An Example

Aging and digitalization have become two major trends in social development.On the one hand,China has entered a period of rapid development of population aging;on the other hand,in parallel with the aging trend,there is also a rapid digital development trend.According to the 48 th "Statistical Report on the Development of China’s Internet Network" released by CNNIC,as of June 2021,the attribute structure of Netizens in China is still dominated by people aged 10-49,accounting for nearly70% of the total;while the number of users over 50 years old is only 28.1%,and Internet users over 60 years old account for only 12.2%.As the smallest unit of social structure,the family lives together in a space with different generations,is closely linked,and is more likely to form a "digital generation gap" and a back-feeding behavior,and "digital back-feeding" reflects intergenerational relations.Based on the theories of advantage perspective,family ecosystem theory and social support theory,this paper comprehensively uses professional methods such as community social work and group social work,takes the elderly families in M community in Shenyang as the research object,and deeply understands the current situation and needs of digital feedback of elderly families in M community through community visits,questionnaires and other research methods,It is concluded that the reasons for the lack of family digital feedback ability can be divided into three levels:individual level,family level and community level.Provide specific services according to the needs of different families: for families living together or having close care relationship between generations,social workers provide family digital feedback ability growth group services;For intergenerational separated families,social workers participate together with communities and social organizations to replace family members to provide digital skills back feeding for the elderly.At the same time,in order to consolidate the effect of community family digital feedback service,build m community digital mutual aid team for the elderly,and attract the elderly residents and their family members to participate in the community digital feedback ability improvement service.In this way,we can promote the development and change from micro to meso and macro levels from bottom to top,improve the digital feedback ability of elderly families,and create an atmosphere conducive to the digital feedback of elderly digital netizens and family members.The innovation process of this practical research: analyze the lack of digital feedback ability of elderly families in urban communities from the individual,family and community levels,and comprehensively use group social work methods and community social work to improve the elderly Digital Dilemma and enhance the family digital feedback ability and consciousness,which is conducive to building a harmonious elderly digital feedback social environment.However,due to the limitations of sampling objects and service duration,it is impossible to carry out extensive and long-term services to improve the digital feedback ability of community families,and the construction of the evaluation system of the research object is insufficient,which will be further studied in the future.
