Study On Cultural And Educational Services In C County University For The Aged

At present,China has entered the aging society,the aging of population shows a rapid development trend,the number of elderly population is increasing,more and more people pay attention to the elderly cultural education,spiritual life,medical health and other issues.In recent years,under the guidance of the concept of lifelong education,the country has paid more and more attention to the cultural education of the elderly,and all provinces and cities are actively promoting education for the elderly.As an important place to carry out education activities for the elderly,the university for the elderly is the carrier to provide cultural education services for the elderly students.Universities for the elderly provide high-quality cultural and educational services,which can not only help the elderly increase their cultural knowledge and master cultural skills,but also enrich their spiritual and cultural world and build a learning-oriented society.Paper based on the new public service theory,older university in C county as the research object,mainly adopts literature research,questionnaire and depth interview method and other methods,based on the questionnaire survey and interviews,the data and information,from the elderly of university culture education service main body,object,content,methods,results five aspects analysis the current C county old university culture the present situation of the education service,this paper puts forward four problems,namely,imperfect cultural and educational service facilities,unattractive cultural and educational service content,single cultural and educational service mode and insufficient faculty,and analyzes these problems according to the connotation of the new public service theory.It is concluded that the reasons behind the problems are as follows:the service function of the old cadre bureau is not prominent,the participation of the old students is not high,the old university ignores the cultural needs of the old students,and the evaluation mechanism of the old university is not sound.And put forward the promotion bureau of retired veteran cadres cultural service level,improve the elderly students participation mechanism,the culture of the elderly students interests,improve the college evaluation mechanism,four Suggestions,aimed at older university C county to provide more high-quality cultural education service for elderly students,to promote the county C elderly health education career development contribution strength.
