| Problem solving is one of the core abilities of future talents and has become an important goal of current school education.Studies have shown that reflection is an essential part in the process of problem solving, which helps learners to continuously discover, summarize, and optimize the process of problem solving and improve their problem solving ability. However,in practical teaching, delayed reflective activities and feedback result in the lack of process monitoring and timely adjustment of learners, which further results in other problems such as poor quality of problem solving and limited improvement of problem solving ability. In this context, this study introduced reflective assessment into the process of problem solving, designed the corresponding learning framework and support tools to help learners monitor and diagnose the whole process of problem solving, and provided support for timely adjustment of learning strategies. The work of this study included three parts: first, through literature review, this study deconstructed the reflective dimension of problem solving from problem-solving strategies and personal traits, and detailed the reflective dimension from the aspects such as problem-solving performance behavior, collaboration performance, learning motivation, and academic emotions. Then, based on the reflective dimension and reflective assessment process, this study designed three types of support of evaluation gauge, peer evaluation tool, and reflective log.Combined with the problem solving process, this study also highlighted reflection in action and constructed a problem solving framework integrated with reflective assessment. Finally,it applied the problem solving framework integrated with reflective assessment in practical teaching. After two iterations of teaching practice, the process data was collected and analyzed to explore the learning effect of problem solving based on reflective assessment.specific performance: Improve the confidence of problem solving through positive mutual feedback and positive self-evaluation;monitor the problem solving process in time, evaluate it in a multi-dimensional manner, and carefully select the problem solving strategy;develop an increased understanding of problem solving, calm thinking, adjust negative emotions and enhance selfcontrol;adjust task perception and social perception with meta-reflective strategies. As a conclusion, this study provides theoretical models and practical teaching cases for reference to solve problems such as limited improvement of problem-solving ability through the design and application of problem-solving framework which integrated with reflective assessment and related supporting tools. |
