Research On Interaction Design Of Elderly Health And Medical Service Platform

Under the increasingly severe background of aging,the rising proportion of the elderly population has brought enormous pressure to social security,public services and family members,and the health care service system for the elderly is facing severe challenges.The development of technologies such as cloud-based Internet and intelligent big data have brought new opportunities for senior care services.This paper intends to apply interaction design in the field of medical and health services based on the theory of user experience design and interaction design in the context of an aging society,to discuss and study the interaction design of the elderly health care service platform.Then study the cognitive characteristics of the elderly and their related groups,investigate the conditions of different elderly people and the needs of their children,collect data,and analyze subjective and objective needs.Then,conduct research on the market of health care services to fully understand the health care service products targeted at the elderly.Then combine user experience design,service design and computer system,on the basis of existing theoretical research and technical achievements,explore the design framework,principles and methods of the interactive platform,and build a health care service platform for the elderly.After that,all the research content is sorted out,the theory is applied to practice,and the design is implemented.Establish connections between the elderly,the community,elderly care institutions and medical institutions,and build a bridge of communication between the elderly,their children,and the community.At the same time,this platform is used as a practical basis for interaction design research and provides certain ideas for solving related problems.
