Secondary education is the foundation of China’s vocational education system,and secondary students are the main body of teaching activities in Secondary vocational stage.In order to accelerate the process of highquality development of vocational education in China,it is necessary to improve the quality of teaching at the secondary level and the comprehensive ability of secondary school students.At present,there is a certain foundation for the research on the teaching reform of the middlelevel professional courses,but the middle-level "CAD/CAM Technology Application" course,as the core course of the middle-level CNC profession,has not been paid enough attention,and there are problems of students’ poor learning attitude,weak learning motivation,poor teaching effect and low training quality.In order to improve the teaching status of this course,improve the comprehensive quality of secondary school students,and enhance the ability cultivation of secondary school students,a study on the adaptability of secondary school students based on work process systematization was carried out.Firstly,through the literature research method,a literature review is conducted on the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the topic to determine the teaching reform based on the work process systematization theory,and the concepts of adaptability,work process systematization and secondary school students are defined to clarify the research object and research scope of this paper.The connotation of dolearning theory and competence-based theory is clarified,thus determining the theoretical basis of this study and providing theoretical support for the subsequent practical research.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey method,the current teaching status of the course "CAD/CAM Technology Application" is investigated based on the students’ perspective,mainly including students’ attitudes towards traditional teaching objectives,teaching methods and teaching contents,and the level of knowledge and skills acquired by students in the course of study.Through the analysis of the research data,it is clear that the main problems in the traditional teaching of the middlelevel "CAD/CAM Technology Application" course are unclear education and teaching methods,teaching content cannot meet the needs of enterprises,teaching evaluation is based on final grades,and students’ sense of gaining classroom learning is insufficient.For this reason,it is necessary to carry out teaching reform of the middle-level "CAD/CAM technology application" course,and selected the course project design based on work process systematization,and determine the project selection principles in Z school middle-level CNC students to show the teaching design and implementation process for teaching design with the example of base plate parts.Finally,the effect of the curriculum teaching reform and the ability level of secondary school students were evaluated.Based on the principle of "people-oriented and student-oriented",a questionnaire was designed for the adaptation of secondary school students through the questionnaire method.SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the data and discuss the results in terms of learning adaptability,vocational adaptability and psychological adaptability.The results showed that the systematic teaching reform based on work process was effective in improving the adaptability of secondary school students,that there were significant differences in students’ learning interest in each dimension of adaptability,and that students’ learning interest and learning attitude had significant effects on adaptability.Relying on the results,pedagogical countermeasures are proposed to improve students’ adaptability based on the special background of secondary school students,which in turn feeds back to the pedagogical reform to form a virtuous circle.
