Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Physical Education In Guizhou Higher Vocational Colleges From The Perspective Of People-oriented

Under the background of the new era,vocational education as a part of education,it has important strategic significance in the economic focus and development.Vigorously developing higher vocational education is the inevitable choice for China to achieve rapid and sustainable economic development under the development situation of economic globalization.Physical education is an important part of higher vocational education.On the one hand,it can alleviate the realistic trend of people’s physical fitness declining repeatedly,and on the other hand,it can speed up the practical process of building a sports power.Under the background of "cultural power" and "sports power",based on the reality of our country,the practice of physical education must take "people-oriented" as the concept of development,which is not only the inherent requirement of socialism,but also the inevitable trend of historical development,but also the soul of education.Based on the "people-oriented" research perspective,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of physical education in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,in order to provide reference for improving the level of physical education in Guizhou province and contribute wisdom to the great goal of building guizhou into a sports power by 2035.First of all,Study using the literature material method,logic analysis,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,on-the-spot investigation method and case analysis method from the teachers and students on the cognitive situation of humanistic ideas,curriculum and construction situation,the teaching goal of making basis and the implementation,teaching organization form,preparing and class,teaching methods and teaching orientation,the level of teaching reflection and other aspects of the in-depth analysis.Second,the research suggests that the current problems existing in the sports teaching in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou has the following five aspects:humanism thought implementation does not reach the designated position,teaching knowledge is not clear;Teaching design does not fit with students’ needs,and students’ participation is not high;Teachers are not enough,teaching mode is not rich;The teaching evaluation method is not scientific and the evaluation system is not perfect.The construction of sports facilities is not perfect,and students’ independent selectivity is not strong.Finally,the research focus on "people-oriented" ideas under the new era of the new height and new situation,new requirements of development of sports teaching,to promote the teaching quality of physical education development as the goal,effectively promoted to program to implement the national physique,to guarantee the people’s happy life as the premise,in view of the current problems existing in the sports teaching in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou is put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The research formulated: strengthen the thought leading to upgrade the teaching concept,build consensus to realize the value sharing;Develop teaching courses to meet the needs of students and improve teaching quality based on individual differences;Building teaching and research teams to train reserve talents,changing teaching methods to arouse enthusiasm for learning;Enrich evaluation system to promote teaching optimization and advocate teaching reflection to return to education standard;The countermeasures of strengthening maintenance to ensure teaching environment and expanding fund channels to improve infrastructure facilities highlight the deep integration and implementation of "people-oriented" thought in physical education teaching practice.
