Research On The Talent Training Mode Of Integration Of Prodution And Education In Higer Vocational Colleges In GuiZhou

In recent years,vocational education developed rapidly in Guizhou province.The number of higher vocational colleges increased continuously.Integration of prodution and education can not only promote the development of higher vocational colleges,but also can improve the quality of higher vocational education.Therefore,the action that understanding the development status of integration of prodution and education in higher vocational colleges and the problems existing in the personnel training mode will have practical significance for the development of higher vocational colleges in Guizhou and will improve the quality of college students.This research method adopted literature,questionnaire and interview method to study the current situation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges in Guizhou.It found that most higher vocational colleges are under the exploration stage of the integration of production and education due to their late start in Guizhou.There are many prominent problems in personnel training mode,such as the university-enterprise cooperation not deep,lacking the teachers matched the practical course,too large proportion of the practice course,too formalise of the teaching process,etc.Aiming at these problems,the author put forward the solution to solve the problems through combining theoretical analysis.This paper was divided into five parts.The first part studied the cause which leads to the research and understood the significance of this problem.In addition,to ensure the research ideas and methods by summarizing the related literature.The second part point out the research scope by defining relevant concepts,so as to summarize the basis theory of this paper.The third part analyzed the contradiction of the education structure of vocational colleges and the labor market through locking the present situation of the development of industry and the development of higher vocational colleges in Guizhou.The fourth part understood the key problems of the talent training mode which integrated production and education of the higher vocational college through the research methods and data analysis.In order to prepare for analysing and putting forward strategies.The fifth part incorporated the situation above and summarized the problem existing in the current situation.To come up with the solution corresponding the problems combined the theoretical analysis with implementation measurements.
