As the indispensable element of the economy and society development of our country,vocational education not only plays a crucial role in educational system,but also bear the burden of cultivating high quality labors and elementary talents.Physical education is of great importance in fostering high quality talents.It’s both the requirement of the government’s policy,and the realistic need of society.Through the Physical Education Curricula,students can acquire the sports knowledge,master the skill,form the habit in participating activities,gain a fit body,and reach a harmony status of body and spirit eventually,which will contribute to their future career.For Guizhou province,who aims at building strong and featured vocational education,high quality school physical education is the premise to realize established goals.To promote the healthy development of the physical education curricula of vocational colleges in Guizhou province,this thesis constructed an analysis frame based on the CIPP model.With support of relative literature and professors,this thesis analyzes 16 colleges by applying 4 first-level index,13 second-level index,and 53 third-level index from the four dimensions: context,input,process and product.The data from sampling colleges was collected by methods of questionnaires,interviews,and field investigation.Under the frame,this thesis shows the real situation of the curricula,analyzes common problems,and provides reasonable suggestions.Conclusions are the followings.Firstly,the malposition of target cognition lies between teachers and students,which influenced the process of contents and management.Therefore,targets need to be quantized and specified.By means of promoting students’ expectation and teachers’ focus and confidence on the curriculum.Secondly,the shortage of resources like teaching material,equipment,and remuneration calls for more investment and fast implementation.It’s critical to enhance the training of teachers and improve their experience,attach great importance to the renovation of teaching material,accelerate the construction of gymnasiums and stadiums facilities,and solve the problem of remuneration under the focus of leaders.Thirdly,problems like the mechanism of curricula management is not perfect,the scale of class is over-numbered,the quality control mechanism is absent,and the evaluation process stays on the surface.Consequently,the scale need to be limited,and students from different level should be separated.Mechanisms of supervision,management and evaluation should be perfected.Fourthly,the vocational character of the curriculum is not prominent.The principle of vocational character should be set in the core place.Colleges should build vocational curriculum teams,regional development alliance,mechanism of joint constructed curriculum,shared resources and responsibilities,and deepen the cooperation with enterprises..
