With the continuous development of vocational education,vocational education has been widely valued,and the curriculum reform of secondary vocational colleges has also become a trend.At present,the purpose of carrying out classroom teaching improvement in secondary vocational schools is to promote the "three teaching" reform of secondary vocational colleges and universities,so it is very necessary to carry out the elimination of "water course" and create "golden course" courses.The "golden course" of secondary vocational school is different from the undergraduate golden course,undergraduate gold course refers to 10,000 provincial first-class courses and the construction of the "double ten thousand plan",while the "golden course" is compared with the low order "water course",is the "golden course" that pays attention to classroom interaction,improves students ’attention and attracts students’ interest.At present,the teaching of "financial management" course in China’s secondary vocational colleges is facing many challenges,that is,secondary vocational students are difficult to concentrate,have more financial management formulas and high calculation requirements,and their interest in the course is not high.The concept of "financial management" and "golden course" is the need to solve the teaching dilemma of this course,and also the requirement to improve the theoretical teaching effect.Therefore,this paper "student-centered",the online and offline hybrid "gold course" and secondary vocational "financial management" course integration,the secondary vocational school "financial management" mixed "gold course" teaching design and practical research.In order to improve students’ interest in the course,enhance the interaction between teachers and students,strengthen the timely classroom feedback mechanism,and improve the teaching effect of the course.Firstly,through systematic literature research,this thesis analyses the current situation of domestic and international research,deciphers the policy requirements of the "golden course".and defines the relevant concepts of the "golden course" and the hybrid "golden course".Secondly,the author conducts a questionnaire survey on the current teaching status of the Financial Management course in secondary schools and analyses the feasibility of applying the hybrid "golden course" in the course in the light of the survey results;again,the feasibility of applying the hybrid "golden course"in the course is analyses in the light of the relevant characteristics of the "golden course" in secondary schools.The design of the blended "Golden Course" of Financial Management in secondary school was developed by combining the relevant features of the "Golden Course" with the "four dimensions-five steps" teaching design system,and the blended "Golden Course" was applied to the real teaching process."Finally,the shortcomings of this study are explained and future research directions are proposed.
