Guided text teaching method is a teaching method under the guidance of action-oriented teaching ideology,which is diffusely used in the territory of vocational education in Germany and is of great significance to the cultivation of key vocational abilities.However,it is not diffusely used in the territory of vocational education in China,and the development of vocational schools is still in the initial and exploratory stage.Banking practice training course is a practical course of financial affairs major in secondary vocational schools,which mainly trains skilled talents who are familiar with banking business,and the selection of teaching methods is directly related to the quality of talent training.The current teaching method of Banking practice training course is the four-stage teaching method,which enables students to imitate the correct practices and master the learning contents in a short time,but restricts students to try their own ideas and applies the guided text teaching method to Banking practice training course,which can effectively solve this issue.Guiding the text teaching method can cultivate students' comprehensive practical ability and enable them to complete the whole learning task in a complete action mode.In the whole process,students are the core of learning.They actively explore the bank business knowledge and try to control the practical training process to truly understand the learning content.Teachers are only the providers of learning resources and the leaders of learning activities.This paper combines theoretical research with investigation research,and takes“fixed-term lump-sum deposits and lump-sum withdrawals business”as a case to study the application of guiding text teaching method.Firstly,by referring to relevant literature and combing the overseas and domestic research status,this paper summarizes the research situation of the fundamental theory of guiding text teaching method and the application status of guiding text teaching method in vocational colleges,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research.Second,through the investigation and study,detailed understanding the restrictive factors that influence the implementation of the guiding text teaching method in the Banking practice training course,discovered the degree of arouse interest,the situation of complete the practical operation,the frequency of question and inspire,summarizes the evaluation methods of factors makes the training effect is not ideal.Thirdly,the text teaching method is applied to the Banking practicetraining course to make teaching design.Finally,to test the effect of the application of instructional design and make suggestions for optimization,so as to promote the application of guiding text teaching method in secondary vocational banking practice and improve the teaching effect of banking practice.
