| Vocational and technical education is an important part of China’s national education system and shoulders the important responsibility of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled talents.In the new journey of comprehensively building China’s socialist modern education system,vocational and technical education has broad prospects for development.The State Council issued the "Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Modern Vocational Education",which requires that secondary vocational education in the new era should develop steadily,and under the condition of keeping the development direction of vocational education and running schools unchanged,build an integrated vocational and technical education talent training model,promote the localization and convergence of curriculum systems and training programs,encourage vocational and technical schools and enterprises to strengthen cooperation,and jointly build vocational and technical education infrastructure and practical training bases to promote the development of vocational and technical education.The CDIO model(Conceive conception,Design design,Implement implementation,Operate operation)is to improve students’ practical ability as the main training goal.Teachers design the whole process of practical teaching according to the CDIO framework,and build a training base with local enterprises on this basis,a teaching mode for cultivating technical and skilled talents.This paper attempts to apply the CDIO teaching model to the teaching practice of the course "Finance and Insurance Practice" in secondary vocational schools by sorting out the existing research materials on the CDIO teaching model at home and abroad,and combining with the teaching status of the "Finance and Insurance Practice" course in secondary vocational schools.In this paper,the improvement of the traditional teaching mode and the localization of the CDIO teaching mode have been realized,providing relevant practical experience for the application of the CDIO teaching mode,and providing new ideas for the promotion of the teaching reform of the "Finance and Insurance Practice" course in secondary vocational schools.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research content and research methods of this paper,and sorts out the research literature at home and abroad,and puts forward the innovation of this paper on this basis.The second part mainly expounds the basic concepts,basic processes,frameworks and related theories of the CDIO model,providing theoretical support for the research of this paper.The third part mainly analyzes the teaching status of the "Financial Insurance Practice" course in secondary vocational schools,and analyzes the feasibility of the application of CDIO teaching mode in the "Financial Insurance Practice" course of secondary vocational schools.In the fourth part,according to the teaching status of the "Financial insurance practice" course in secondary vocational schools,the author constructs a PF-CDIO teaching model.The content of Chapter 10 of "Financial and Insurance Practice" is selected for teaching design based on the PF-CDIO teaching model,which provides a reference for the localization teaching reform of the CDIO model of the course.In the fifth part,the empirical analysis of the data obtained from the teaching experiment results is carried out to evaluate the application effect of the PF-CDIO teaching model in the "Financial insurance practice" course of secondary vocational schools.The sixth part,research conclusions and research prospects. |
