| With the rapid development of the modern science and technology,the level of electronic technology has become a measure of the level of science and technology of a country.Electronic technology has become the nervous system of equipment.The development of electronic technology not only involves in itself,it can also drive the development of related industries.All walks of life in society are increasingly dependent on electronic technology,and at the same time put forward higher requirements for electronic technology.The state pays more and more attention to secondary vocational education for the rapid training of electronic technology talents.However,the students trained by traditional vocational education cannot meet the needs of the society,and there is an urgent need to carry out and try the teaching reform of secondary vocational electronic professional practice courses.At the same time,the promulgation of relevant policies pointed out the direction for the reform of secondary vocational curriculum teaching.In the Modern Vocational Education System Construction Plan(2014-2020),it has clearly pointed out that the key task of system construction is to take modern education concept as the guide,and to strengthen the key areas and weak links of modern vocational education system construction.But secondary vocational schools in our country because of the traditional education method backwardness and with ordinary high school students differences,the influence of electronic professional practice courses to carry out the following problems.Such as low learning initiative of students,imbalance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,and the learning process.There is a certain gap between the lack of team awareness and innovation ability,and the ability of graduates and the needs of employers.This research is based on the above problems in the teaching of Electronic Skills Training,with the help of Conceive,Design,Implementation and Operation as the core CDIO engineering education theory to combine practical education with theoretical education Combining educational concepts as a support for research.The research process mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method and interview method and other research methods.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of electronic skills training courses in secondary vocational schools and the causes of problems in the teaching of practical training courses.Then in view of the secondary path analysis were carried out in reforming the electronic skills training,the study was based on the concept of CDIO project type of effective countermeasures in teaching into the electronic skill training teaching,according to the present situation of research and reform path and countermeasures of analysis,and professional talent training scheme and course corresponds to the national vocational qualification standards and industry standards as the basis from the curriculum structure,curriculum standards,curriculum goal,curriculum content and teaching evaluation to build,design and develop the electronic skills training courses of teaching cases.Through the practice of course teaching reform of basic teaching cases and comprehensive design teaching cases,the effect of teaching reform is verified and analyzed.The teaching reform of electronic skills training courses uses the CDIO concept to guide secondary vocational training teaching,and reasonably transforms the monotonous and repetitive training in electronic skills training into a series of work processes such as product design,processing,and production,so as to improve students For engineering practice ability,the ability to solve practical problems,the ability to explore and innovate,and the ability to unite and cooperate.At the same time,through the in-depth combination of pedagogy theory and the actual situation of electronics major,innovative reform has been carried out in the teaching content and teaching process,so that the practical teaching of skills can be effectively improved on the basis of conforming to the learning rules and applying educational theories,so as to better meet the needs of enterprise and social development. |
