| With the upgrading of national industry and the adjustment of economic structure,the society has put forward higher requirements for the quality of cultivating skilled talents,and the importance of vocational education is gradually highlighted.Secondary vocational education,as an important part of vocational education,is a key position for cultivating skilled talents for society,and it bears the responsibility of cultivating students’ professional knowledge and vocational skills.However,the current secondary vocational computer students have some problems,such as unclear learning objectives,lack of practical operation ability,which can not meet the needs of the society for computer professional skilled personnel.Therefore,this research attempts to introduce OBE and CDIO into the teaching and practice of computer courses in secondary vocational education in order to improve the current teaching situation and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.Firstly,based on clarifying the needs of computer professional training,the teaching requirements of "VB Programming Design" course and the current teaching situation,this study discusses the necessity of introducing OBE-CDIO into the teaching of computer majors in secondary vocational curriculum.According to the characteristics of OBE and CDIO,the ideas of instructional design are clarified,and the instructional design model based on OBE and CDIO is constructed.The instructional design is divided into three parts: establishing the teaching goals,designing the teaching process and designing the evaluation methods.In the establishment of teaching objectives,the expected learning outcomes should be defined according to the needs of professional training,students’ learning needs and curriculum teaching needs;In the teaching design process,the teacher adopts the micro-project teaching method to carry out teaching activities.Under the guidance of the teacher,students participate in the design and implementation of micro-projects in the form of group cooperation and independent exploration,so as to acquire professional knowledge and vocational skills.When designing evaluation methods,multiple methods such as teachers’ evaluation,students’ self-evaluation,students’ mutual evaluation and other ways are adopted to evaluate students’ learning outcomes.Secondly,the teaching design model based on OBE-CDIO is applied into teaching practice.Two classes of computer major of Grade 2021 in a secondary vocational school in F county are selected as practice objects,one of which is the experimental class and the other is the comparison class,to carry out teaching practice for one semester.Finally,classroom learning effect evaluation form,knowledge test and questionnaire are used to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching practice.The research results show that after adopting the teaching design model based on OBE-CDIO in the course of VB Programming,the students in the experimental class have clearer learning objectives,the excellence rate of the experimental class is 26% higher than that of the comparison class,and the average score of the test is 11.08 points higher than that of the comparison class.In addition,the practical operation ability,language communication ability,teamwork ability and learning initiative of students in the experimental class have been improved to some extent.Therefore,the instructional design model constructed in this study can be conducive to the cultivation of students’ vocational skills and improve the quality of computer professional talent training in secondary vocational schools. |
