| With the gradual development of the new curriculum reform,the educational value orientation in this context is very different from that in the past,from the traditional "score theory" to the overall development of students.In order to adapt to the high requirements of education under the background of new curriculum,teachers must improve their quality and possess advanced educational ideas and innovative spirit.Teachers will more or less form their unique educational spirit during their decades of educational career and develop with the development of their profession.Teachers education is teachers’ aspiration and spirit,the spirit,the pursuit of reality beyond the self,it is expressed by a state of mind,a kind of how to treat education,occupation,treat students,teaching,treat their own state of mind,is a teacher education motivation,education mission,professional attitude and effective integration of professional development.The study of the professional spirit of senior teachers can find references in their career,help to provide inspiration for the professional growth of ordinary teachers,and help to provide experience for teachers in the confused period of career to get out of the dilemma.This thesis adopts the method of educational narrative research to narrate the career spirit of Teacher Z,a senior teacher of S Primary school in H City,Anhui Province.This thesis has five parts.The first part introduces the background and significance of the research on teachers’ career spirit,the current research trends at home and abroad,the theoretical basis and the definition of relevant concepts.The second part is a complete description and outline of the research scheme design.The third part first describes the story of Teacher Z’s career spirit,and then adopts the way of triangle mutual verification to evaluate teacher Z through the description and evaluation of others from different angles.On the basis of the third part,the fourth part analyzes the three characteristics of the essence of Teacher Z’s spirit of career,and summarizes and defines the essence of teacher Z’s spirit of career.The fifth part,based on the third and fourth parts,deeply analyzes and divides the factors that affect the formation of Teacher Z’s spirit of career,so as to clarify the main internal and external factors.Internal factors include belief in education,responsibility for students,love of work and self-efficacy of self-progress,while external factors include family support,good working environment and atmosphere and help from distinguished people.The sixth part is to clarify the value and significance of Teacher Z’s career spirit,and to find the unique role of teacher’s career spirit in teacher’s professional development,helping teachers cope with job burnout and obtaining practical knowledge.The seventh part is the author’s reflection on the whole thesis writing.This thesis takes "teacher professionalism" as the core concept to unify the teacher professionalism scattered in the research fields of teacher professional development,teacher professionalism and teacher professional ethics,which is a breakthrough in the conceptual framework of the research.At the same time,the key events of Teacher Z analyzed the essence,influencing factors and value of teacher’s career spirit,which can provide reference for many young teachers who want to seek professional development and teachers who want to get rid of job burnout. |
