A Study On The Citizenization Level And Its Determinants Of City-city Floating Population

Since the new century,The form of population mobility has changed significantly.The proportion of city-city floating population has continued to increase and shows a trend of national spread,which has become a force that can’t be ignored in social construction.It can be predicted that with the key construction of new urbanization centered on people,the city-city floating population will become the main part of the floating population in the future,and its citizenization level will affect urban quality and social development.However,the current research on citizenization mainly focuses on the rural-city floating population and the city-city floating population as the main body is very rare.Based on the above points,using the Data of China Mobile Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey 2016,this paper constructs a citizenization level measurement index system composed of four dimensions: the employment status,social security,lifestyle and self-identity,systematically investigates the citizenization level and spatial characteristics of city-city floating population.Use the hierarchical linear model to analyze the influencing factors of the level of citizenization,in order to comprehensively understand the level of the city-city floating population,and provide a reference for targeted improvement of the level of citizenization.The study found that:（1）the citizenization level of city-city floating population is higher than that of the overall floating population,and there are significant differences among the four dimensions.The level of citizenization is embodied as self-identity>lifestyle>social security>employment status;（2）There are differences between groups and cities in the level of city-city floating population.Among them,the characteristics of male,married,youth,inter provincial mobility,personal migration,large urban scale and high per capita GDP are dominant;（3）The citizenization level of city-city floating population presents the characteristics of spatial agglomeration.It is mainly reflected in the phenomenon of high concentration in the East and core cities.The overall level conforms to the distribution law of "Heihe-Tengchong Line",which is characterized by "high in the East,low in the west,high in the South and low in the north".At the urban level,there are more significant spatial differences.The citizenization level of city-city floating population collapses obviously in the northeast and northwest;（4）The citizenization level of city-city floating population is affected by the double nesting of individual and city,which is the result of the joint influence of three characteristic factors: individual,mobility and city.
