In recent years, with the trend of the perpetuation and famililization of population mobility and the stabilization of its local detention continually deepening, the term, floating population who are born or raised in the city(Also known as "second generation floating population(SGFP)")where migrants' groups live, has been gradually derived from floating population,Therefore,it can be predicted that the emerging group will become larger and larger, and will eventually replace the current new generation of floating population as the main body of Chinese floating population in the future. The new-type urbanization with Chinese characteristics takes people as the core and regards the promotion of the citizenization of transferring agricultural population as its primary task; How to promote the citizenship of the floating population "born or raised in the city" which constantly increases in scales is of great importance for the development of new urbanization in China. However, the current academic researches on the SGFP is totally submerged either in the "accompanying children of rural migrants" researches or in the "new generation of floating population" researches. The academic study of the noumenon of SGFP is still in its initial stage, thus there are scarce researches on the citizenization level and affecting factors of SGFP.Based on the above points, using the Data of China Mobile Population Dynamic Monitoring Survey 2016 and China Statistical Yearbooks 2017,this paper constructs an urbanization-level measurement index system consisting of four dimensions: the employment status, social security, economic life,self-identity to systematically investigate the citizenship level and influencing factors of SGFP.The research shows that:(1)The SGFP groups have these characteristics, such as high sex ratio, young, single, agricultural household registration,higher-educational degree,long-term residence in the local area, the cause of mobility mainly due to birth, family members moving with them, and near-regional flow in one field.(2)The citizenization level of SGFP is exceedingly low,and there are significant differences in different dimensions, which is manifested as employment status > economic life > self-identity > social security;(3)The citizenization level of SGFP is jointly affected by individual, family and regional factors, but the individual and regional factors influence it much greatly; In addition, there are variances among influencing factors of citizenization level in different dimensions.Employment status is mainly subject to the fetter of individual factors, while economic life, social security and self-identity are subject to regional factors as well as individual factors.
