| College students can get a special spiritual experience through receiving ideological and political education,which is the sense of gain of ideological and political education.Whether this sense of gain can be generated during the period of ideological and political education is the key to evaluate whether the activity is effective.Because the sense of gain is the true reflection of college students’ ideological identity conveyed by ideological and political education,it is also an important factor to judge the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.The text is divided into four parts:The first part summarizes the ideological and political education consciousness of college students.The sense of gain is an emotional experience produced by the satisfaction of needs.The whole process of College Students’ sense of harvest in Ideological and political education includes four stages: emotional expectation,psychological empathy,effective dialogue and meaning sharing.Second,the current ideological and political education of college students is insufficient.That is,college students’ emotional expectations and emotional experience are not enough,psychological empathy is not enough,there is no effective dialogue between college students and educators,and college students lack the unity of knowledge and action and the process of meaning sharing.The third part is the lack of reasons for college students’ Ideological and political education.In other words,college students do not establish appropriate psychological expectations,educators do not have a deep understanding of College Students’ individual needs,and ignore the impact of practice on College Students’ access to ideological and political education.The fourth part is the countermeasures to improve the sense of acquisition of College Students’ Ideological and political education.Through understanding the psychological expectation of college students,guide them to adjust their subjective expectation;By understanding the ideological development and actual needs of college students,we can promote the effective connection between the supply of educators and the needs of college students.By promoting institutional guarantee,optimizing the classroom environment of college students and deepening the effective dialogue between college students and educators;Through practical education and meaning sharing,we can promote the ideological reform of college students. |
