Research On The Data Quality Management Of "Household Survey" In Jingchuan County Under The Background Of Electronic Accounting

As an important item of government statistics,household survey tracks and supervises the people’s income,consumption,and living conditions of urban and rural residents,it is an indispensable livelihood survey and a focus of attention from all walks of life.With the development of statistical information construction,the application of advanced science and technology in statistical surveys has become more and more extensive,and electronic accounting has emerged as the times require,injecting new momentum into today’s household surveys.Although electronic accounting brings convenience to household surveys,the results of household survey data are often questioned due to subjective and objective factors.The quality of household survey’s data and the management of data quality need to be improved urgently.In order to better cope with the challenges brought by electronic accounting and grasp the golden key to improve data quality in the opportunities,the paper takes "analyse the status quo,explore the problems,parse the reasons,and propose countermeasures" as the idea,and deep looks into the data quality management of household survey in Jingchuan County,deeply analyses the causes of the problems found and proposes corresponding optimization countermeasures,with a view to improving the data quality of household survey and enhancing the credibility of government statistical surveys.Based on the theory of total quality management and service-oriented government,the paper starts with the status quo of data quality management of household survey in Jingchuan County under the background of electronic accounting.It uses literature research,questionnaire survey,interview survey,comparative analysis and other methods to dig deeper.The problems existing in the early,mid and late stages of household survey are analyzed.The root causes of the problems in the four aspects of the basic work of the grassroots are not solid,the legal environment is weak,the effect of publicity and promotion are not good enough,and the institutional constraints of the survey process are insufficient.With advanced experience in data quality management of household survey at home and abroad,four countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize survey sample management,improve data collection quality,strengthen full-process audit management,and improve data service levels.Striving to provide theoretical support and practical motivation for further improving the household survey work in Jingchuan County,improving the quality of source survey data,and strengthening data quality management.
