| ObjectivesThe measurement tool called "Food Safety Public Satisfaction Evaluation Questionnaire" our research group developed is applied in the same community of Hangzhou to carry out food safety public satisfaction household and interception survey.The aim is to understand and compare the differences between the two kinds of survey ways in the evaluation of food safety public satisfaction so that further explore the more scientific and reasonable survey way and organizational program in satisfaction study.Furthermore,it can not only provide the beneficial enlightenment for the research of the social survey methods,but also provide government regulators with reference and recommendations about the choice of survey way and organization in conducting public satisfaction survey.Methods(1)Through the reading of domestic and foreign literature,the concept of public satisfaction is summarized.The satisfaction survey ways,the main field and the tools and methods of satisfaction evaluation are understood.The main influencing factors of food safety public satisfaction are identified.All these can lay the theoretical foundations for a comparative study of the public satisfaction evaluation.(2)Through the expert consultation method to consult and discuss the topic of the paper,research design,research content and so on.The design process of the research is perfected and the contents of the research allow fine-tuning of the order,and ultimately empirical investigation is carried out.(3)The home and interception investigation were conducted in three communities according Hangzhou geographical location — Langqin Community in Jianggan District,Min anyuan Community in Shangcheng District,Huaxing Community in Xihu District.900 questionnaires were effective.The match of demographic characteristics of the two kinds of survey ways was followed by a final total sample size of 504.(4)Using Epidata3.1 software to input data,SPSS20.0 and Amos21.0 statistical software to analyze,mainly including descriptive analysis,single factor chi-square test,rank sum test,binary logistic regression,confirmatory factor analysis and other statistical methods.Such as using chi-square test and binary logistic regression to identify the main factors affecting public satisfaction;Testing scale reliability and validity with Cronbach's ? coefficient and KMO value;using structural equation model to calculate the factor load factor,model fitness index value and so on.Results1.Structural analysis of the scale(1)Reliability and validity analysis:Upon testing,in the household and interception survey,Cronbach's ? coefficients of 5 dimensions,such as public information in the scale of the food safety public satisfaction,were above 0.60,and the Cronbach's ? coefficients of the total scale were 0.90,indicating that the overall reliability of the two survey ways was good.The KMO values of the scale entries in the household survey and interception survey were 0.924,0.930,respectively.(2)Satisfaction score:The median of the scale satisfaction scores in the household and interception survey were respectively 49.00 points,47.00 points,and the P values of the scale and the various dimensions were greater than 0.05.(3)Internal correlation:?There is a significant correlation between the dimensions of the scale in the household survey and interception survey(P<0.001).?Under the same path relationship,the factor loadings of the household and interception survey are basically between 0.5-1.0,indicating that the basic model and data fit is acceptable.?Upon the overall model fitness test of the "Food Safety Public Satisfaction Scale" under the two survey ways,the RMR value,GFI value,AGFI value,IFI value,TLI value,CFI value,and CN value of the original model fitting indicators did not conform to the adaptation of standards.After model correction,the model fitting indicators in the household survey were showed as follows:the value of RMR,RMSEA,GFI,AGFI,IFI,TLI,CFI,NC,CN were respectively 0.046,0.030,0.951,0.922,0.955,0.931,0.951,1.222,264.And the model fitting indexes in the interception survey were showed as follows: the value of RMR,RMSEA,GFI,AGFI,IFI,TLI,CFI,NC,CN were respectively 0.059,0.032,0.949,0.920,0.933,0.898,0.926,1.258,256.The above shows that the fitting indicators of the household and interception survey basically reach or close to the ideal standard.2.Satisfaction indexUnder the structural equation model,the food safety public satisfaction index of the household survey was 65.60 points,and the food safety public satisfaction index of the interception survey was 62.26 points.3.Influencing factors of satisfactory degreeThe main factors influencing the food safety public satisfaction were education level and monthly household average income.The difference of the survey ways in the food safety public satisfaction had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)Household survey and interception survey do not differ in the structure of the food safety public satisfaction scale.(2)Household survey and interception survey have no much difference in food safety public satisfaction.(3)The factors affecting public satisfaction are the same in both ways of the household and the interception survey.(4)From the investigation organization,the investigation fee,the time of filling the questionnaire,the investigation manpower,the interception survey is more advantageous and feasible than the household survey.SuggestionsThe scientific nature of the measurement tools must be guaranteed first in satisfaction evaluation;in the interception survey process with reference to the household survey to develop a rigorous investigation program,the empirical study should give priority to the interception survey;food safety public satisfaction needs the government strengthening to promote propaganda and information openness,the correct guidance of the media,the public's active supervision,business consciencemanagement;The third-party statistical survey organization should be introduced in the government performance evaluation in the external evaluation. |
