Abstract/Summary:
High school students are facing great pressure to enter higher education,which leads to various psychological problems.Campus football has been vigorously developed in Our country.As a team sport,football enables students to cultivate the sense of teamwork in training and matches,improve their social skills,strengthen their body,enhance their psychological quality and reduce the generation of negative emotions.In order to understand the relationship between core self-evaluation and depression and anxiety of male high school football players,this study used core self-evaluation scale,depression self-evaluation scale and anxiety self-evaluation scale to investigate 193 male high school football players from 8high schools in Da Lian City.One-Way ANOVA was used to conduct statistical analysis on the different grades and training years of senior high school boys who participated in football training,and correlation analysis was conducted on the general population,the same grade and the same training years of senior high school boys,and the regression analysis of core self-evaluation,depression and anxiety indexes of high school male football players was conducted.Main research results:1.The core self-evaluation of high school male soccer players is significantly negatively correlated with depression and anxiety in general,in the same grade and in the same training years(p<0.01).Anxiety and depression are significantly positively correlated with depression in general,in the same grade and in the same training years(p<0.01).2.The scores of core self-evaluation and depression in grade three were significantly different from those in grade one and grade two(p<0.01),there were no significant differences in core self-assessment and depression scores between grade one and grade two(p>0.05),the anxiety score of senior three was significantly different from that of senior one and senior two(p<0.05),there was no significant difference in anxiety scores between grade one and grade two(p>0.05),the scores of measurement indexes in senior three were better than those in senior one and senior two.3.The core self-evaluation score of "9 years and above" group was significantly different from that of "5-8 years" group and "4 years and below" group(p<0.01),there was no significant difference in core self-assessment scores between the "5-8 years" group and the "4years and below" group(p>0.05),the score of "9 years and above" group was higher than that of "5-8 years" group and "4 years and below" group.There was no significant difference in depression and anxiety scores between different years of training(p>0.05).4.The core self-evaluation of high school male football players has extremely significant regression effect on depression and anxiety(p<0.001).Conclusions:1.High school male football players have a high level of overall core self-evaluation and a low level of depression and anxiety.2.The core self-evaluation of high school male football players is closely related to depression and anxiety.The higher the level of core self-evaluation,the lower the level of depression and anxiety;As depression levels go down,so does anxiety.3.There are significant differences between grades in core self-evaluation and depression and anxiety.Grade three is better than grade two and grade one,but there is no significant difference between grade one and grade two.4.The higher the years of training,the higher the core self-evaluation,depression and anxiety between the years of training has no significant difference.5.Core self-assessment can significantly negatively predict depression and anxiety levels.
