Many countries in the world are carrying on the educational reform one after another in order to improve the quality of education. Integration teachers and education are most important meaning in teacher's educational reform, its key lies in the teacher's professional approval. But in actual life, quite a few of on-the-job teachers in various degree manifest they have no strong consciousness, the teaching attitude non-proper for teacher's job. In order to solve the problem that the on-the-job teacher exposed in educational teaching, the educational administrative department has strengthened the teacher's on-the-job training, has issued some relevant policies and regulations, but has not solved these problems fundamentally, it is in many aspects to trace it to its cause, the one of these more important one is that the teacher lacks it to its professional conscientious approval. On the other hand, the higher normal colleges and schools are lacked by the educational objective too, the attitude is slacked off,etc. the puzzlement in question,etc., main reason its higher normal colleges and schools to in the future to engaged in teacher professional normal student job know insufficiently too, lead to the fact higher normal student from student to teacher role change very difficult to meet. To the question appearing, the higher normal colleges and schools have strengthened the reform in education and teaching management, while affirming its positive meaning, a basic problem exists, teacher education with on the job to educate, isolate, realize the teacher educate and integrate. To solve this problem, one should overall arrange occupation preparation and the occupation development well, implement macroscopical assurance, facilitate improving the validity teacher training, favorable to the teacher's professional development.The teacher education must be put into the teacher and educated and scrutinized while integrating, realize the teacher education is preparatory stages before the teacher's duty. The the occupation preparation of normal university students to develop into the goal in an all-round way if the job is approved, the vocational skills are in order to stress hands, loyal to the educational undertaking to implement for the basic policy. The highnormal colleges and schools should explore the localization of the teacher education actively, make the teacher education planned to combine with teacher's career, deepen the educational reform, guide in educational teaching rationally, strengthen the job of the higher normal student to experience, promote its love of educational undertaking of heart. Its meaning lies in: First, it can solve the bad phenomenon that some on-the-job teachers do not approve to occupation fundamentally; Second, it can make the occupation preparation of normal university students to link up with development of occupation, shorten the role change adaptation period that a student became a teacher; Third, facilitate training and meeting the qualified teacher of the new course reform, bring about an advance in teacher's specialization.This text educates from the teacher under the visual field of integrating and teacher's specialization development, explore the content that is the occupation preparation of normal university students to the new demand of the course reform of basic education, regard the higher normal student as his prerequisite that is the occupation preparation to teacher's professional approval, the ones that regarded teacher's teaching skill as its job and prepared caught hands. Prepare to the professional job of ideological and political education of the normal university of Guangxi on the foundation of questionnaire investigation, analyze the reason which presents various phenomena, solve the job and prepare the problem from two respects: higher normal colleges and schools and normal university students. During the writing of this text , Ministry of Education is carrying on the plan of higher normal student's free study to its higher normal colleges and schools subordinate to a ministry, the purpose is to improve the quality of teacher education, so the practice meaning herein seems especially important.This thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is preface, some teachers that train from the teacher education of our country do not admit to teacher's career, the rescearch is started with the problem that the normal university students have weak Occupation consciousnes, focused on and done a brief and concise explanation to the exposed question of the higher graduate of normal school, pointed out the occupation preparation of the higher normal student should be put and gone on under the integrated background that the teacher educates. Explained basic thinking and method studied at the same time.Part II, Explaining the development trend of modern teacher education form three respects which include the teacher educate integrating, teacher's speciality development and the new coursereform, point out that the background in occupation preparation of the normal university students. The teacher education in high school is preparatory stages before teacher's integrated duty, construct the job of the higher normal student to approve, professional knowledge and vocational skills, is that the teacher educate and integrate previous basic demand to teacher's educational duty. Teacher's professional development is the efforts that the teacher makes to develop in one's own occupation, the higher normal student the normal university students is a foundation of teacher's professional development, it is on the basis of academic program, it is the inevitable way of teacher's professional development to carry on the educational teaching practice. The overall development of the new course reform, require the higher normal student's overall quality with modern teacher, the teaching adapting to the middle and primary schools is practised, offer strong teachers' supporting and guarantee for development in an all-round way of the students of the middle and primary schools.Part III, Proceed with concept that occupation and occupation preparation, expound normal university students in educate the integrated visual field to down the content of occupation preparation in five respects: Good teacher's job consciousness, multi-layer knowledge structure, outstanding teacher's teaching skill that compounds, the contents of the new ability to work and view note professional to the teacher.
