It is known that teachers'occupational emotion is an important integral part of the teachers'basic quality. The prerequisite of being a good teacher is being enthusiastic about this occupation, so developing teachers occupational emotion is a key issue. Teachers'occupational emotion can undoubtedly be developed and enhanced in the teachers'teaching, still, training is also crucial to being an excellent teacher. Though Normal University is the cradle of primary and middle school teachers, many students in Normal University were found not willing to teach based on this investigation, they lacked of occupational emotion as a future teacher, which was bad to the development of education. It was under this background that this paper probed into the issue of how to cultivate Normal School students'occupational emotion.The research is composed of five parts.The first part: General Introduction. It introduced background, significance and methodology of this research and summarized the current situation of the studies.The second part: the summary of the Normal school students'occupational emotion. It defined the idea of occupational emotion and Normal school students'occupational emotion, then, it expounded the constitution and the effect of Normal school students'occupational emotion and its particularity.The third part: The generative theory of Normal school students'occupational emotion. This part introduced two theories of psychology:cognitive evaluation drive theory and physical behavior drive theory .The fourth part: the present situation of Normal school students'occupational emotion. The participants are the students in Jiangxi Normal University, through investigation and interview, the present situation of Normal school students'occupational emotion was found out and some problem were analyzed, and it was also found out the plans and specific measures on the issue of cultivating Normal school students'occupational emotion.The fifth part: the cultivation of Normal school students'occupational emotion. This part first stated some western good references in this field, and based on cognitive evaluation drive theory and physical behavior drive theory, it then proposed suggestions to the inadequacies existing in this field.The research indicated that there existed some problem in the cultivation of Normal school students'occupational emotion, causing that many students in Normal school did not have good and positive occupational emotion, which severely affected teachers'professional development. It offered some advices on the issue of how to cultivate Normal school students'occupational emotion by drawing on the experience of the west.
