The Career Preparation Of The Higher Normal School Students Survey Research And Guidance Strategy

With the deepening of the employment system reform, the job competition on the careers market is fiercer. The normal university students are near many challenges. The key question is how to prepare for occupation to meet the competition. On the basis of the scholars' research results in this field, in view of certain deficiency, the author attempts to analyze it systematically, to provide some valuable suggestions for the normal university students.On the foundation of the literature material analysis, the author investigates some students in normal universities with the questionnaire survey method and provides improvement suggestions in the situation and problem of their occupation preparation. The author find that there are some problems in occupation preparation of the normal university students in being aware of themselves, information channel, the situation of their occupation preparation and occupation instruction according to the data analysis. The problems mainly display in the followings: Some students are not aware of themselves, don't make the goal for the future life;the information channel is impeded, they like to study the knowledge of English and computer not the knowledge of their occupation. More than half of the normal university students want to improve the situation in their occupation preparation. They have not enough knowledge in the skills of seeking jobs and have no plan of their careers in the future. In view of these questions, the universities occupation guidance system thought should be established, and the goal of universities occupation instruction progressives should be set up, the universities graduate career guidance information network should be constructed quickly, the construction of the team of the professional occupation instruction teachers should be speeded up, many kinds of occupation instruction activities should be developed. We should help the student to set up correct profession view, and ask the students to prepare for seeking jobs and guide them to realize the role transformation as soon as possible. The author believes, the occupation preparation of the normal university students should bemade in time when they start their university life, because their occupation preparation is a long-term, systematic and comprehensive process.
