| Research background: With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the incidence of psychological disorders among college students is also rising.However,there is no systematic and complete tool for evaluating the attitudes of college students’ psychological disorders,and it is impossible for taking correct and effective methods to prevent and seek helping in a timely.Therefore,it is necessary to form an attitudes scale of college students toward psychological disorders,as a tool to evaluate the attitudes of college students on psychological disorders.Research purposes: To developing an effective measurement tool for college students’ attitudes toward psychological disorders,and to understanding the characteristics of college students’ attitudes toward psychological disorders.Research methods: Study 1: Analysing relevant literature and theories based on previous research,study and clinical practice throughout the postgraduate period,listening to the advice of psychology experts and postgraduate psychology students,and compile a 5-point attitudes scale for college students’ mental disorders.After two tests,the data was analyzed to form a formal attitudes scale of college students’ mental disorders.Study 2: Using the formal attitudes scale of college students’ psychological disorders,to verify the validity of the scale,and to understand the characteristics of the attitudes of college students’ psychological disorders.Research conclusion:Study one:(1)The attitudes scale for college students’ psychological disorders includes cognitive factors(5 items),emotional factors(3 items)and behavioral tendency factors(4 items),with a total of 12 items.(2)The attitudes scale of college students’ psychological disorders has good consistency reliability.The overall reliability of the scale is Cronbach’s alpha of 0.726;The value of chi-square test is 2.713,the GFI value in the absolute fitting index is0.96,the RMSEA value is 0.057,the CFI value in the relative fitting index is 0.937,and the NFI value is 0.905,which has good reliability and validity.Study 2: The application of the attitudes scale for college students’ mental disorders found that:(1)In terms of gender,whether there are relatives and friends suffering from mental disorders,and mother’s educational level,there is no significant difference in the attitudes of college students’ mental disorders.(2)There are significant differences in cognitive factors and behavioral tendencies towards psychological disorders between college students and undergraduates,college students and postgraduates.(3)There are significant differences between urban and rural areas in college students’ cognition of psychological disorders,and the scores of rural college students are higher than those of urban college students.(4)Whether there is counseling experience has a significant impact on college students’ cognition of psychological disorders,and the difference is significant;On the behavioral tendency factor,whether there is counseling experience also affects the behavior of college students in the face of psychological disorders.(5)Whether there has been anxiety and depression in the past affects college students’ cognition of psychological disorders and presents significant differences;whether there is anxiety in the past affects college students’ behavioral tendencies toward psychological disorders and has significant differences.(6)Father’s education level and family per capita income significantly affect the cognition of psychological disorders of college students,and there are significant differences in cognitive factors between psychology majors and other majors. |
