The theory of psychological contract originated from organizational management and introduced into university management.Throughout the current research on psychological contract in colleges and universities,most of it is about teachers and universities,but there is a lack of empirical discussion and analysis on psychological contract in college students.College students are the main body of colleges,but also the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation.Therefore,it is urgent to pay attention to and strengthen the research an the impact of psychological contract on the growth and development of college students.On the basis of literature analysis and interview investigation,this paper compiled a localized psychological contract scale for college students,which enriched the connotation of psychological contract for college students.First,through random interviews,projects were collected,sorted out and screened,and then after two small-range prediction tests,55 projects were obtained after further improvement.Then,three universities were selected for stratified random sampling and initial questionnaire test.After exploratory factor analysis of the data,a total of 23 items were obtained.Through the reliability and validity analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,the indicators of this questionnaire are good and can be used as an effective measurement tool for college students’ psychological contract.Finally,this questionnaire was used to conduct a survey on college students’ psychological contract and the current situation of college students’ psychological contract performance,and the relationship between it and academic achievements is analyzed.This study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The psychological contract of college students is divided into two categories,which include both real responsibility and development responsibility.The psychological contract questionnaire contains23 projects,the reliability coefficient is 0.947-0.972,and the validity is consistent with the relevant standards,so it is possible to determine that the questionnaire has good reliability and can accurately measure the psychological contract of college students.(2)The school responsibility of college students’ psychological contract is in the grade,the raw land,the professional is not different,and there is the difference in gender,that is,the expectation of the girl’s reality responsibility is significantly higher than that of the boy.There is no difference in the student responsibility in the local area,but in gender,grade,and professional,in gender,the expectations of girls are significantly higher than than of the boys.In the grade,in the dimension of the real responsibility,the freshman >sophomore >senior>junior.In the dimension of development responsibility,the freshman >junior>senior>sophomore.General aspects of school responsibility,the freshman>junior>sophomore>senior.In the professional,the students of liberal arts students and other majors are higher than those of science and other majors,and the students of science have higher expectations for development responsibility than students of liberal arts students and other majors.(3)The psychological contract of college students and the performance of psychological contract of college students all have significant differences in the project.The performance of psychological contract of college students is significantly related to the achievement of academic students,and the performance of the responsibility of the college students’ psychological contract school and the performance of student responsibility have a significant prediction effect on academic achievement.
