Research On The Talents Training Program For Undergraduates In China ——Case Study On 30 Undergraduate Universities

The talent training program is a programmatic document guiding the process of talent training activities,which determines the important position and role of training program in improving the quality of talent training.However,over the years,the relevant research on professional training programs has not been obtained enough attention.Due to the comprehensive influence of internal and external factors,the text content design and operation status of undergraduate professional training programs in China always show a certain degree of randomness and blindness,which has not been effectively solved.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the relevant issues of undergraduate talent training programs.This paper takes 30 ordinary undergraduate colleges as the research sample,and makes a multi-dimensional systematic study on the historical evolution,operation process and text content design of undergraduate professional training.In addition,we will make appropriate comparative analysis between "research-oriented" universities and "applied" universities according to the research needs in each dimension.The ultimate goal is to provide the necessary factual basis and value construction for the optimization of undergraduate professional training programs and the practical improvement of the quality of talent training in different types of universities.In order to accomplish the tasks and objectives,based on the bidirectional construction of facts and values,as well as the theory and practice,this paper combines quantitative and qualitative methods,such as historical logic method,literature method,text content analysis method,interview survey method and data analysis to study.The paper is mainly divided into the following parts:From the perspective of "theory",based on the existing literature and actual situation,the concept of talent training program is analyzed,and the undergraduate professional talent training program is defined as:talents training program is compiled by universities in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education,professional requirements,market and personal development,which is used to manage teaching work and train talents.Then,the essence of the concept of talent training program refers to:the undergraduate talent training program is not only a kind of text,but also a process,which is the integration of dynamic process and static text.What needed to be clear is that the operation process refers to the personnel training program as a process,including the revision,implementation,evaluation and so on;As a kind of text,the content of the talent training program is composed of training objectives and specifications,requirements for graduation conditions,curriculum structure system and practical teaching links.At the same time,there are multiple logics such as national logic,knowledge logic,market logic and individual logic in the undergraduate talent training program.They play different roles in their respective ways by the corresponding multi-stakeholders,such as government,universities,market and students.They are both independent and intrinsic to each other,which affects the operation process and text content of talent training program.At the historical level,through the introduction and explanation of the origin of the research,the significance of the research,the summary of the research,the theoretical basis and the research design,this paper clearly presents the basic aspects of the research background,research problems,research ideas and research content.On this foundation,according to the perspective of "history",this study focuses on"the link of operation process and the design of text content" and analyses the characteristics,emphases and rules of undergraduate professional training programs by using historical research methods.Summarily,it can be summarized as "five stages,three characteristics".The"five stages" of the evolution of talent training program are:imitation and reference period(1952-1956),adjustment and exploration period(1957-1965),interruption and stagnation period(1966-1976),recovery and reconstruction period(1977-1994),development and optimization period(1995-).Its evolution track is closely related to the social,political and economic changes of our country."Three characteristics" refers to "policy promotion-organizational interaction-quality initiation",which corresponds to the basic,key and core characteristics of the evolution of talent training programs respectively,which reflects the internal evolution trend and law of the formation and development of training programs.At the level of empirical analysis,this study mainly investigates the operat ion process and text content of talent training program.The analysis of the op eration process of talent training program is mainly centered on " revision-ex ecution-evaluation".The research finds that the operation process of undergra duate professional training program can basically be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions,reflecting the normative characteristics.But in the process of execution and evaluation,there are some problems,such as selecti ve execution and one-sided evaluation,which essentially reflects the neglect of students' actual needs and reflects a certain degree of arbitrariness.In terms o f text content analysis of talent training program,it mainly inspects the four le vels of "training objectives and specifications-requirements for graduation con ditions-curriculum structure system-practical Teaching links".The research s hows that the text content design of talent training program embodies scientific characteristics.However,there are homogeneity problems in training objectives and specifications,curriculum structure system and so on.It shows that the o rientation of some universities and the description of talent training objectives are still not free from the situation of "blindly following the trend" and "seeki ng perfection through greed",which reflects certain blindness characteristics.In view of this,based on the previous research results,this paper reflects on the arbitrariness and blindness of talent training programs,and considers tha t the essence of these characteristics is:for whom should the talent training pr ogram ultimately serve?Should talent training programs be homogeneous or dif ferentiated?After the analysis,this study points out that:talent training progra m should ultimately serve students;talent training program should take a differ entiated development path.In order to achieve the goal,it is necessary to opti mize the talent training program,that is,to adhere to the optimization path of"student-centered,classification-guided".Specifically,the concept of"student-ce ntered" should run through the operation process of talent training program,an d the principle of " classification-guided " should implement various elements of content,so as to improve the program and ultimately realize the practical i mprovement of the quality of talent training.
