Objective: Functional Movement Screen(FMS),as a system of potential injury prediction and motion quality assessment, can detect the flexibility, stability, symmetry and dysfunction of the body in motion through 7 test movements, and has positive significance in the prediction and prevention of motion injury. Therefore, this study applies functional motion screening to middle-aged and elderly people, and develops targeted intervention programs based on the test, with a view to reducing the risk of sports injury in middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: test: 126 middle-aged and elderly adults aged 45-69 years(mean age:56.96±6.04 years old,male,30 female,96)in chengdu were selected for functional motion screening test and scores were recorded.Intervention part: based on thecompletion of the test part, data analysis shows that among the 7 test movements, the one with the lowest score is the trunk stable push-ups.Therefore,5 middle-aged and elderly people with a score of 1 point are selected as the intervention objects. The intervention consisted of soft tissue relaxation and corrective action exercises, which first solved the problems of flexibility and stability, and then carried out the remodeling of action patterns and strength exercises. The intervention period was 8weeks,and the functional action screening test and score were recorded again after the intervention.Independent sample T test was used to analyze the functional action screening scores of 126 middle-aged and elderly people, and paired sample T test was used to analyze the functional action screening scores before and after the intervention. Results :(1)the total score of function and action screening for the middle-aged and elderly aged 45-69 years was 14.25±2.87 points on average,13.67±3.10 points for males and 14.43±2.80 points for females. The highest score was 21,while the lowest was 6.Divided into the base value of 14,76 students scored above 14 points(including 14 points),accounting for 60.32% of the total number.Fifty people scored below 14,accounting for 39.68 percent of the total.(2)there was no significant difference in the total score of functional action screening among the middle-aged and elderly aged 45-69 years with different genders; In the tests of 7 movements, the scores of women were significantly higher than men in the three tests of straight lune, shoulder flexibility and active straight knee lift(P<0.05).In the trunk stable push-up test, the male score was significantly higher than female(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in squat, hurdle step and trunk rotation stability test.(3)there was no significant difference in the scores of functional motion screening among the middle-aged and aged 45-69 years old with or without exercise habit and history of sports injury.(4)after 8 weeks of intervention training on subjects with 1 point of trunk stable push-ups,the test scores of trunk stable push-ups were significantly improved(P<0.01).The total score of functional action screening was significantly increased(P<0.05).The scores of squat, shoulder flexibility, active straight knee lift and trunk rotation stability were all improved, but there was no significant difference before and after intervention. Conclusion: the elderly aged 1.45-69 years old have poor performance in functional motion screening, among which the best performance is the hurdle step test, and the worst performance is the trunk stable push-up test.2.There is no significant difference in the scores of functional action screening between the middle-aged and the elderly of different genders, but the core stability of males is better than that of females, and the flexibility and flexibility of females are better than that of males.3.There was no significant difference in the screening results of middle-aged and elderly people with or without exercise habit and sports injury history, suggesting that functional action screening could make any inter-individual comparison among people with or without exercise habit and sports injury history.4.The intervention training of the trunk stable push-up movement pattern for 8 weeks has effectively improved the core stability of the subjects, significantly improved the function and movement screening scores, and effectively improved the movement quality.
