| Information technology is evolving rapidly,bringing more opportunities to many different industries.The sudden emergence of the epidemic in 2020.online courses have gradually become an important way for students to learn.Objectively speaking,the outbreak of the epidemic has promoted the integration of university education and network technology.The period after the outbreak,in order to apply the advantages of online teaching to offline teaching,in colleges and universities,the mode of integrating online and offline has slowly become a new direction of development.In this context,college aerobics courses should keep pace with the times.After analyzing the status quo of online and offline teaching,the teaching process is designed according to the characteristics of aerobics and applied in the elective course of aerobics,providing experience for applying online and offline teaching methods to the elective course of aerobics in the future.The literature method,questionnaire interview method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis and other research methods,the teaching method of aerobics elective courses using online research,in Guangdong light industry professional technology institute college aerobics elective two classes,a total of 46 students as experimental object,for a term of aerobics teaching experiment.Before the experiment,comparing and analyzing the learning situation of students in two classes.Understanding of aerobics and physical fitness.The collected data is analyzed,in these three aspects,there was no significant difference between the two classes.After the experiment,in terms of students’ physical quality,learning situation,theoretical knowledge of aerobics,and aerobics skills,the data obtained from the two classes are compared and analyzed,the results show that after the experiment,After the experiment,the P-value of the students in the experimental class was less than0.05 in the sit-ups(female),and seated body forward flexion,which was significantly different.After the experiment,the P-value of the learning attitude,motivation,selfconfidence and aerobics theoretical knowledge and skills of the experimental class students was less than 0.05,and the learning interests of the students in the two classes were significantly different.After the experiment,the feasibility of using online and offline teaching in the optional calisthenics course was discussed.The conclusions were as follows:1.The experiment shows that the P value of the sitting forward bend and sit-up(female)of the students in the experimental class is less than 0.05,and there is a significant difference between the two classes.The experimental class is better than the control class,but there is no obvious improvement in the 800m(female),1000m(male),pull-up(male),standing long jump and 50 m.2.In terms of students’ learning,compared with the two classes,the use of online and offline teaching mode is more conducive to the cultivation of self-confidence,learning attitude,motivation and interest of experimental class students.3.In the teaching of online and offline teaching mode,the platform can enrich students’ theoretical knowledge,and teachers can give students more opportunities to show,so as to promote the combination of students’ theory and practice and improve students’ grades.4.After the experiment,the teaching feedback survey was conducted on the students in the experimental class,and through the collation and analysis of the collected data,it was found that most of the students agreed with the use of online and offline teaching mode in aerobics classes,indicating that this teaching mode can meet the needs of students.5.After the experimental class uses the online and offline teaching mode,it is found that students can improve their ability to actively explore and solve problems through the mode of mutual evaluation. |
