With the development of the Internet and in the era of information technology,education cannot be separated from the times.The digital campus construction,various convenient and fast teaching applications have sprung up.With the wide application of modern information technology in physical education,online and offline hybrid teaching mode has become the focus of physical education.As a popular ball game on campus,basketball is not only promoted and loved by students,but also it meets the needs of students’physical health.Based on the goal of basketball elective course in sports colleges and universities,combined with the needs of the development of the times,this paper explores the structure of online and offline mixed teaching mode structure of basketball elective course.It aims to give full play to the application value of online and offline mixed teaching mode,and improve the teaching effects of basketball elective course in sports colleges and universities.This study uses qualitative research method,literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to study the construction of online and offline hybrid mode of basketball elective courses in sports colleges.The research steps are mainly divided into three steps:first,according to the content of expert interviews,the three-level coding is carried out by using the grounded theory,and the overall framework structure with the online and offline mixed teaching mode of basketball elective course in sports colleges and universities as the core category is constructed according to the coding layer by layer screening and induction;secondly,according to the framework structure,the online platform,online resources,teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process,teaching evaluation,etc.they are constructed and designed,and new technologies and platforms are understood and learned,teaching methods are adjusted,and teaching content is reconstructed.The third is to verify the effect of the mixed teaching mode.Two groups of 20 boys in the basketball elective course of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were randomly selected as the experimental subjects.The preliminary grouping was divided into the experimental group and the control group.Before the experiment,the two groups of students were pretested.After meeting the experimental conditions,the grouping was determined,and the teaching experiment lasted for 8 weeks and 32 hours.The experimental group adopted the online and offline mixed teaching mode,and the control group adopted the traditional offline teaching mode.Before and after the experiment,the test and data were compared.By comparing the results of the two groups before and after the experiment,the teaching effect of the mixed teaching mode was tested,and whether the teaching effect of the mixed teaching mode was better than that of the traditional teaching mode was tested.The research conclusions show that:(1)Through qualitative research on the content of expert interviews,this study extracts 12 open coding categories,4 main categories and 1 core category.The open coding categories are:development status(X1),mode advantages and disadvantages(X2),implementation difficulties(X3),online part(X4),offline part(X5),teaching preparation(X6),pre-class preparation(X7),in-class teaching(X8),after-class consolidation(X9),course assignment(X10),usual performance(X11),technical assessment(X12);the main categories are:teaching prospect(XX1),teaching content(XX2),teaching process(XX3),teaching evaluation(XX4);the core category is the online and offline mixed teaching mode of basketball elective course in sports colleges and universities.The overall framework of the online and offline mixed teaching mode of basketball elective course in sports colleges and universities is constructed.According to the coding content,the analysis and design are carried out,and the teaching mode is verified by experiments.(2)Through the test and verification of the teaching mode,through the comparison of data,the mixed teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode have improved the physical quality,and there is no significant difference between the two.In terms of basketball special technical standards and scores,the mixed teaching mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode,with significant differences;in terms of classroom satisfaction,students are more willing to accept the blended teaching mode.(3)By comparison,the online and offline hybrid teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching mode.It can help students learn independently,establish a good sports appearance,and promote classroom communication between teachers and students.It has certain teaching innovation and promotion value.
