With the rapid development of economic construction and transportation,the number of highways that have been continuously put into use is also increasing.While more and more highways have been put into use and made great contributions to the development of the national economy,how to control the operational risks of expressway projects is a key issue that needs urgent solution.Therefore,in order to reduce the operational risk of expressway projects,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the operational risk path and evaluation of expressway projects.This paper takes the operational risk of expressway project as the research object,based on the research idea of “identification-analysis-evaluation-response”,using factor analysis method to identify the influencing factors of highway project operation risk;using the structural equation model to empirically study the highway project The action path of operational risk is constructed.The operational risk evaluation model of expressway project is constructed and solved by the “ analytic hierarchy-fuzzy evaluation” method.Based on the above research results,the preventive measures for operational risk of expressway projects are proposed.The main contents include:(1)Identification of influencing factors of operational risk of expressway projects.Based on the risk management theory and the operational risk characteristics of expressway projects,the influencing factors of operational risk of 16 expressway projects in four aspects: policy environment,organization management,operation and maintenance,and safety assurance were identified.The factor analysis method was used for analysis and screening.A key factor.(2)Analysis of the operational risk path of expressway projects.Based on the data of 256 valid questionnaires,the structural equation model was used to empirically study the action path of highway project operation risk,and the relationship between risks was analyzed.The results show that the total impact coefficient of risk consequences is from organization to management risk,operation and maintenance risk,policy environmental risk and security risk.(3)Operational risk assessment of expressway projects.According to the results of risk influencing factors and the results of risk action path,four risk indicators of 14first-level indicators were established,and a risk evaluation model was constructed,and the “level analysis-fuzzy evaluation” method was used to solve the problem.Finally,the MX highway is taken as an example to verify the scientificity of the method.(4)Measures for the prevention and control of operational risks of expressway projects.Based on the results of risk action path and risk assessment results,the prevention and control measures for operational risk of expressway projects are proposed.The research results enrich the theory of operational risk management of expressway projects,and have certain guidance and reference for the practice of highway project operation risk management.
