Indoor environmental pollution has a serious impact on human health. The lack of indoor space environment, poor circulation, leading to indoor air pollution is far more serious than outdoor pollution,so looking for safe and efficient methods to control indoor pollution has gradually become the focus of current research.Nowadays,it is common to treat indoor air pollution by using plants to absorb and purify indoor pollutants.Plant purification and restoration technology has the characteristics of economy, green and no secondary pollution, and has become a research hotspot in the field of indoor air pollution control. The composition of indoor air is complex and there are many kinds of pollutants, but benzene and formaldehyde are the main pollutants.Five kinds of common indoor plants were used as raw materials, and the simulated closed fumigation chamber method was used to carry out random block experiments on plants under the combined pollution stress of different concentrations of benzene and formaldehyde, and the experiments were repeated for three times.By measuring the changes of symptomatology and physiological and biochemical indexes in experimental plants,LSD,analysis of variance, membership function value method and significance test were used to analyze the changes of six physiological and biochemical indexes in experimental plants under the stress of benzene and formaldehyde compound pollution, and the sensitivity monitoring ability of five experimental plants to benzene and formaldehyde compound pollution was comprehensively evaluated The plants with strong sensitivity to indoor air pollution were selected to provide scientific basis for plant optimization and purification and remediation of indoor compound pollution in the future. Finally, according to the principle of indoor plant monitoring, purification and ornamental configuration, considering the ecological function and growth characteristics of plants, and combining with the characteristics of different room space, the corresponding plant configuration mode is recommended.Research shows:1.Study on the changes of plant symptomatology under the compound pollution of benzene and formaldehyde(1)Under the same concentration of benzene and formaldehyde compound pollution, the symptomatology performance of five experimental plants was different, and the sensitive monitoring ability of benzene and formaldehyde compound pollution was different.(2)The results showed that Rosa chinensis minima died after the compound pollution of benzene and formaldehyde, with the most serious damage symptoms, and the most sensitive monitoring ability to the compound pollution of benzene and formaldehyde;the Calathea veitchiana and Calathea roseopicta were not obvious, and the most sensitive monitoring ability to the compound pollution of benzene and formaldehyde was the weakest.2.Study on the changes of plant physiological and biochemical indexes under the combined pollution of benzene and formaldehyde(1)The content of MDA,chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein, the production rate of superoxide anion and the activity of peroxidase(POD)in five experimental plants were significantly affected by the plant species, the concentration of compound pollution and the interaction between them, and the concentration of benzene and formaldehyde compound pollution had significant effect on six physiological and biochemical indexes The impact of indicators is more significant.(2)With the increase of compound pollution concentration of benzene and formaldehyde, the MDA content, superoxide anion production rate, soluble protein content and POD activity of experimental plants were increased, while the chlorophyll content and soluble sugar content were decreased in varying degrees.(3)The results showed that: Rosa chinensis minima(x1)> Calathea sanderiana(x3)>Maranta arundinacea(x4)> Calathea veitchiana(x2)>Calathea roseopicta(x5).3.Indoor plants on the indoor benzene and formaldehyde compound pollution monitoring purification ornamental configuration modeAccording to the principle of indoor plant monitoring, purification and ornamental configuration, considering the growth characteristics and ecological functions of plants, combined with the functions of different rooms, according to the characteristics of different space environment in the room, the suitable plant monitoring, purification and ornamental configuration mode is recommended.
