The Optimization Research Of D Company's Financial Shared Service Center

With the rise of economic globalization and informatization,financial shared service center has gradually become a new trend of modern management and accounting informatization.As a new financial management mode,financial shared service center can independently provide relevant services for enterprise groups or multiple enterprises.However,there are many problems when enterprises really operate financial shared service center,which does not reach the ideal state.In this case,this thesis selects the financial shared service center established by company D as the research object,the optimization of financial shared service center is the main content of the research and focuses on the problems in the process of expanding the business scope of D company's financial shared service center,so as to study the optimization of the financial shared service center of company D through specific problems.This thesis can be divided into six parts:Firstly,it's an introduction of the research background and significance of this thesis,literature review.Secondly,it introduces the theory of financial shared service.Thirdly,it introduces the construction process and implementation status of D company's financial shared service center.Fourthly,it points out problems under D company's financial shared service center.Analysis on the problems existing in D company's financial shared service center.From the perspective of functional positioning,financial accounting process,incentive performance management,risk prevention and information automation,the existing problems are analyzed in detail.Fifthly,it provides some suggestions to D company's financial shared service center base on problems mentioned in part four.In combination with the establishment,operation and current status of benefits of the extended business of D company's financial shared service center,optimization suggestions are proposed for its existing problems.At last,it's the conclusion and shortcoming of this thesis,which is expected to be helpful to the improvement of D company's financial shared service center,so that the center can be comprehensively optimized and provide guidance for its future development.This thesis adopts the method of comparative analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.On the basis of the management of financial shared service center and relevant theories of financial companies,specific problems are analyzed and corresponding optimization strategies are proposed.In addition,at present,there is little research on the financial shared service center of international sports products company.This thesis can also provide a reference for the construction and optimization of the financial shared service center of related enterprises.
