With the application and popularization of information technologies such as cloud computing,big data and mobile Internet,the financial sharing model has become an inevitable choice for enterprises to seek survival and sustainable development in the complex and changeable economic globalization environment.As a new management mode of financial management,financial shared service center is being adopted by more and more multinational companies and large domestic group companies.The basic idea of the group enterprise is to centralize the financial management work of different work locations and accounting entities to the financial shared service center.Reduce operating costs through scale effect,improve work efficiency through process reengineering,and simplify the integration of information and data through service-oriented architecture,forming an integrated information application field.As a concrete embodiment of financial informatization and modernization,the financial shared service center model not only conforms to the objective laws of the development of the accounting industry,but also the organizational model of the financial shared service center can create huge value for the company and have a positive impact.By sorting out the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the financial sharing model,this paper takes the leading company A in the oil and gas industry as an example to study its practical application in the financial sharing service center.Through the analysis of its financial management model,it is concluded that A company’s existing financial management problems.Based on the above conclusions,it is analyzed that company A needs to build and implement a financial shared service center to solve the current problems and improve the company’s management level to ensure that the company can achieve its development goals and strategies.This paper mainly focuses on and studies the construction and implementation of financial shared services.In terms of construction,analyze and summarize the construction needs,motivations,and construction feasibility.At the implementation level,through the specific implementation strategy,starting from the implementation plan and the main business process implementation plan,the problems existing in the application process are analyzed,and the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed.The research conclusions of this paper are:(1)Company A has strengthened the management and control of funds by building a financial shared service center,which has played a role in reducing costs,increasing efficiency,and improving profits,and has a positive impact on promoting the company’s business transformation and value creation.(2)Company A’s current shared service model still has certain deficiencies,such as the separation of business and finance,employees facing difficulties in transformation,performance appraisal needs to be strengthened,and the company’s risk control is weak.(3)Company A can consider improving the service level of the sharing center by promoting the integration of business and finance;at the employee management level,it emphasizes the introduction of talents,strengthens daily assessment,pays more attention to risk prevention and control,and strengthens risk early warning.The service center is further improved and optimized.The application value of this paper is: based on the research and analysis of the construction of the shared service center of oil and gas enterprises,and put forward corresponding optimization suggestions for its existing problems;Promote the promotion of the financial sharing model.
