Research On Project Risk Management Of The Construction Of X Enterprise Financial Shared Service Center

Large-scale enterprises or groups are always with characters,such as complicated organizations,wide scope of management and geographical distribution,etc.,since continuous expansion on business scale and increasingly complex business environment,traditional financial management mode gradually fails to satisfy needs of enterprise development,enterprise's financial management and control ability faces severe challenges,transformation and upgrading are urgently needed.Financial sharing service which is a new type of management mode brought by economic and information technology development will be the optimal choice for enterprises to adapt to market situation domestically and abroad.However,during establishment of Financial Shared Service Center,it is always faced with innovations on financial organization,personnel adj ustment,business procedures and information system.The establishment process is always not smooth,and establishment of Financial Shared Service Centre in some enterprises fails to meet expected result.Since risk problems,many enterprises including large state-owned enterprises decide to put off Financial Shared Service Centre.This article takes establishment of Financial Shared Service Centre for X-Company as an example,from the practical aspect,through an in-depth study on awareness,analysis,evaluation,and controlling of risks during establishment of Financial Shared Service Center,proposing risk prevention and control measures aims on identified key risks,i.e.HR risk,information system risk,accounting efficiency risk,business procedure risk,in order for better establishment of Financial Shared Service Center for X-company.Meanwhile,it could also be used as a reference for other similar enterprises or groups to establish Financial Shared Service Center.
