With the development of economic globalization and economic integration,changes in management thinking and technological changes,the financial shared service model has been increasingly adopted in enterprise groups.This model can significantly reduce the group's business processing costs,strengthen the group's management and control,and improve efficiency.However,how to continuously improve financial management capabilities after the establishment is an issue that enterprises need to solve urgently.By using the literature research method,comparing the latest research results,apply the management framework theory to enhance the financial management capabilities of the ALX Asia-Pacific financial shared service center,and in-depth study the key influencing factors,including strategy,process,organization and personnel,operations and risk.Using the actual survey method,the company's basic data was collected by telephone,interview records,etc.,in-depth study of cases,finding problems and analyzing the causes of problems,and proposed targeted problem solutions.The main problems were low positioning of strategic function planning,no management mechanism for process optimization,lack of operational support team,optimization of performance and employee management,and improvement of internal control and auditing levels.These issues directly affect operations and development.In the question of strategic positioning,a large amount of historical data need to be found,conducted detailed telephone communication with the person in charge of the Financial Shared Service Center,and constantly confirmed the content of the strategic goals.In the process optimization,the benchmarking method is used,especially when there are multiple regional financial shared service centers in large enterprises.Comparative analysis and the indicators are showed and given.Among the organizations and personnel,the lack of operational support teams and the need for assistance from external professional bodies were pointed out.In the operation management,it is proposed that the performance evaluation should be strengthened through the balance score card,and employee management should be optimized.In the current status of internal control,the introduction of the internal control tool ASAT is a new idea.In risk management,emphasized the importance of employees' psychology and the response to the risks of the use of new technologies.The solution of these problems is helpful for the filling of theoretical cases,and at the same time it provides reference for other financial shared service centers to apply the management framework theory.
